“I use this terminal for 20+ Will Call pallet pick ups a year of close to 2000lbs. each. Always courteous, he4lpful and quick to load my vehicle. I very seldom have a problem with any damage, and when I do, it is minimal and not the terminal's fault, but an "in transit" problem.”

“One thing I like about this Staples is that the employees here are passionate about their work. I have a post office box here and I come in and I feel like I have my own office and workers to boot. They have great products and didn't realize that they also kind of compete with Best Buy as far as gaming and entertainment. I didn't know that! And the chair sale that's going on right now is incredible along with... Check this out! They have a three-year maintenance plan on your chair, so if anything happens to it, they will repair it. That is incredible! This Staples is also in a great plaza where you have places like Target, Chick-fil-A Planet Fitness and so much more. Perfectly centralized.Oh, and they also have an Amazon locker (BUONO) there! You just click on the Amazon message, text message from your phone; it takes you to instructions to open the locker. The locker opens, you get your goods, and you close the locker and go! Easy Peezy!Lol! I saw a lady in front of me go through that very experience and she was just so giddy with laughter on how it was so efficient and easy to get her package.”

“I always thought Staples was some sort of about to shut its doors, obsolete store like Radio Shack or something... I found a particular model of Bluetooth Keyboard I liked and did some googling, expecting to find the best deal at Best Buy or Walmart. Staples was the cheapest, to my surprise. I ordered and paid online to pick up in store within an hour... I got a text that it was ready in a few minutes. Went to the store and showed the clerk my ID, was in and out in 2 minutes. Happy that I got a great deal quickly and conveniently!”
