I love that the team is small and their time/attention isn’t split between multiple properties. Very sad to be leaving, but if it wasn’t for work I’d stay for as long as I could!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Dustin in particular took such great care of us. He is very responsive and quick to address whatever you might need. The rest of the team, front desk folks, and custodial staff were also very good. They go the extra mile for you.
The building is very well maintained, fitted with new appliance, and spacious. The location is hard to beat, close to the river, and surrounded by lots of great restaurants and shops. It's very peaceful but with plenty to keep you entertained and easy access to downtown.

“By far one of the best and cleanest apartments complexes in Chester County. The management is absolutely on top of everything, if its broke it will be fix that day unless parts need ordering. I absolutely loved my time living at Strasburg Court. It was quite it was peaceful and most of all it was reasonable. I wish I could give more stars because this place truly makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a place to live this is definitely a great place. The management cares for the tenants like there family. And that to me is everything.”
“The staff is nice, but the tenants leave trash everywhere. There is a cleaning service for the hallways, but it's hard for them to keep up. I emailed the office twice to complain about my downstairs neighbor smoking weed, but never received a response. I will say that the maintenance staff—especially Superintendent Alex—and the property manager are very professional and polite, though.”

“I am a current resident and I must say I truly enjoy this place. The grounds are beautifully kept, the pool is great, the gym could use some attention but it’s still better than most. I love being able to walk around no matter what the time is and feel completely safe. Neighbors are friendly and watch out for others as there are always packages being delivered incorrectly. Staff has always been enjoyable to speak to when I’ve needed them. Several restaurants, coffee shops etc right outside the complex.”
