The manager literally wrote down 4 different tire options and the prices for me on a day when they were pretty busy. Amazing. They won’t do anything without checking in with you first by phone. And, they are just fine performing the cheaper option or no option as well - you’d think this is common sense, but I’ve been shocked before at the bill and what was performed at other area mechanics. And also kudos for Val! She is great as their front desk person and she really knows her car stuff as well. The mechanics (who, are obviously fabulous!) are also courteous - very important for a non-car person, like myself. Highly recommend!”
