“Concha was amazing, I came in a victim of fraud and she was so informative, kind, and friendly and helped turn my disaster of a day completely around. She's wonderful at what she does and is very knowledgeable and skilled, I felt very heard and she managed to make me laugh and smile after I just had money stolen from me. I walked out of there feeling secure and safe, she's awesome!!!!”

“I just spoke with Tim at the Member Service Center. I am a Senior, and have "issues" with memory. I had lots of questions about my card, my account and fees. Tim was extremely patient, kind and helpful. I appreciated his help very much. Sometimes I feel that the level of Customer Service one receives these days is less than optimal, but - not today!
