“I opened an account online and was locked out with in the first few minutes. I called the 1800 number and was hung up on. I then called back and was told I had to visit a Wells Fargo branch. I was annoyed and regretting opening the account to say the least. When I visited the branch, I was helped by Sandra Carter, and she was awesome she had everything straightened out in no time! She was a delight to speak with and just had a great personality!”
