“Took my car there after it was vandalized and met the GM himself. He explained the process and explained what they needed to do. They took pics and gave me a timeline and I left. This is usually when you don't hear anything and have to hound people just for info. We were pleasantly surprised by the communication and the fact they beat the timeline we expected. “Mario is a magician of paintless dent repair. This is my second time taking a vehicle to him. The first time was after a tree branch fell on my vehicle. It had well over 10 small to medium sized dents and Mario straightened them out perfectly. As for this issue on the black vehicle it was of course a door ding. The dent was roughly a nickel size. It took him roughly 10 minutes to work his magic. As you can see it looks flawless. Regardless if its an old or a brand new vehicle made of steel or aluminum Mario can fix it quickly and professionally. Can't express my thanks enough. Great person and a great local employee owned business.”

“The wheel flare molding on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee came off after the rear door heavily bumped into a wall on a windy day. We initially took the car to the Jeep dealership, where we were quoted around $200 for a brand-new OEM part and labor. Wanting to explore a more affordable option, we found Northeast Body Shop online and decided to check them out based on their excellent reviews—and they absolutely lived up to them.
The technician quickly understood our situation and offered a smart alternative: instead of replacing the entire molding (which was still in great shape), they sourced replacement clips for the ones that had broken and securely reattached the original part. To our surprise, they didn’t even charge us for the work.
This saved us a significant amount of money and proved their honesty, skill, and customer-first approach. They absolutely deserve their 5-star rating—if 10 stars were possible, they’d have earned them.”
“I got rear ended and the woman had Geico. Upon calling Geico they said it would take six months or longer to get an adjuster out to look at my car, or I could take it to Crash Champions on Monday. I needed my car fixed so I took it to Crash Champions and got a rental from enterprise. After a week and a half my car was supposedly done. At pickup my car was clearly not done, so I gave Crash Champions another chance to fix it and they still could not fix it properly. They used a bumper that did not fit and they did a terrible job painting the bumper and part of the car. I called Geico and told them this is not acceptable and I had to have Mike Oliveri get on the call with the adjuster to point out the fact that six months to get my car looked at is not legal, because an insurance company has to get an adjuster out in a reasonable amount of time. Mike fought for us and once we got the okay for Classic to complete the repair he started work immediately. He had to undo EVERYTHING Crash Champions did to fix my car properly. After he painted he was still not happy so he did it again for me. Mike had to paint about half of my car to get the paint matched because of the sloppy job of Crash Champions. While my car was at Classic Coachworks I asked Mike to replace my front bumper as well due to some preexisting issues and he was happy to do that as well for a remarkable price. The shop is time efficient, they do a fantastic job, and they detailed my car so it looks better than new! I cannot thank Mike enough for helping me out during this whole fiasco and the unprofessionalism of Geico and Crash Champions.”

Insurance tried to refer me to a closer place, but after doing our research my husband and I decided to drive a little further to Concord auto body to get my car fixed. It had great reviews, and my father used them before as well and had a great experience. They turned what was a horrible encounter with a criminal, into making me believe in humanity again. They detailed the car after, and it looked so good I wanted to cry. They even took time to add some screws I was missing on my license plate. So much attention to detail! I wanted a Subaru outback for over half my life and to have it broken into was devastating, but I am SO grateful we chose Concord auto body! Phenomenal job and customer service skills. Jay helped navigate two insurance plans, one for the branch damage and a separate supplemental plan to help replace my key fob and scuffed tire. I picked it up yesterday and it looks like a brand new car - they went the extra mile to scuff out any residual marks I had from living in Philly for the past couple of years, vacuumed and cleaned the inside, and even set a date for me to come back and get my car waxed at no additional charge.
