Tamara was an absolute pleasure to worth with up front. She was sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She would call with weekly updates too, which was such a nice touch. Zach is a masterclass of a dude. He completed the job (had to have a whole door and fender replaced) perfectly and worked with me a ton. Not only was this all reasonably priced, but it was rather quick for the amount of labor involved- and completed without sacrificing the quality of the job at all. “Wow! Amazing amazing amazing!!! AAA had me waiting for 4 hours and told me a driver could be there within 5 more hours! I called On Time Towing and they said they could have a driver there within 10 minutes… BOB SHOWED UP WITHIN 7 MINUTES! He was so helpful and nice! I will 100% be reaching out to them next time this happens (hopefully not soon!)
