The woman that answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as professional. Seeing as just a simple phone call was handled so well, I have no doubt in my mind that they run their company with pride and excellence.”
“Even though we live in Maryland we purchased our Toyota at Fitzgerald Toyota in Chambersburg Pennsylvania. Excellent pricing and availability. I continue to make the 70 minute drive to Chambersburg as I have been extremely impressed with the service provided. Making the appointment is easily done online and they send a pleasant reminder a day or so beforehand. Most recently I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and said I would wait. A day before the appointment our audio unit developed a problem and would do nothing but continuously turn itself on and off. When I arrived for my service I told the service advisor of the audio problem, thinking that I’d need to make an additional appointment to have it fixed. Instead he stated that they would be happy to include the audio fix immediately however as I was waiting he warned that it would take longer than the original service. While I waited I received a text containing a video from the tech working on the car with an update and the service advisor personally updated me as well. After 2 hours my oil change was done, my tires were rotated and my audio unit repaired! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received at this dealership!”

“These people are amazing. They are fair and very honest. They will walk you through what's wrong with your vehicle before they fix anything and then charge you.
I went to them last week because I asked them to take the heat shield off my car since it was making a terrible noise. They told me ahead of time it would be like $40 to do that.
They took my car to the garage, and the guy working on it came and got me to let me listen to the noise so he could see where it was coming from. He bent the heat shield and the noise stopped.
I go to pay for it and they tell me only $20.
I only had my credit card on me, which now charges us and them a big interest amount everytime we use our card to pay. So Wilma told me that I didn't have to pay anything for what they did that day. She said if I wanted to give $20 to them some day for what they did I could bring it back in cash if I wanted to, or she said I didn't have to bring it back.
This was such a blessing from these people.
I highly highly recommend C.A.R.S. to everyone.

“Today I was a little early for an appointment with the service department, the staff was very gracious and checked me in when I arrived. They offered me a ride to any destination, performed my requested service. The service took less time than I expected, the bill was as quoted, no surprises, they made sure I was satisfied, reviewed what they did, Washed my vehicle!
It was my 1st time using them, but I will recommend them and return if I need service!

“I pulled the transmission of my 1999 Dakota and Aaron was able to work it into his schedule in under two weeks. After installation, I had a rattle and Aaron took it in the next day and told me what I had to correct...exhaust against frame, I had put the new trans mount on wrong, and fan clutch had some play...not a transmission issue...corrections made and truck is running great and the transmission is shifting smooth, especially when put into reverse when it made a noticeable clunk previously, not anymore.”
