“I had visited Family Cycling Center previously to chat briefly with Jody the owner and I had some ideas of a bike I was interested in. The bike I originally thought I wanted was not available. This past Saturday I went back with my daughter and Jody was extremely helpful and had the perfect bike for me in stock. When I went for a test ride Jody loaned the same version in the step through for my daughter to test ride along with me. I thought that was an awesome accommodation for us as my daughter is a very experienced, long distance biker. Needless to say, when deciding on the bike, Jody was great advising me. He did a last minute checkup and installed a mirror I wanted and we picked it up that day. I am so happy with my bike and I look forward to having Jody service it and keep it in peak running condition! This is a one man operation and if planning to visit, I suggest arriving early any day that he is open as he is very busy servicing his customers.”
“I ended up going to Hoover's because the two bike shops closest to me were actually closed. But all in all I'm glad I went. I originally went cuz I needed a whole new rim tire and tube. He was very helpful and had what I needed. He was even nice and Put the tire and tube on for me. And he let me know if it did fit right to bring it back and he would find something that would work (The wheel was slightly different than the original) but the one he gave me worked out and a better quality than what was on the bike originally”

“Walked in Thursday looking for a budget friendly gravel bike, very funny and amazing staff that works here, helped me get fitted and adjusted just right, needless to say I left with a brand new Giant Revolt! Will be buying through them as well as any upgrades or tune ups!”
