“I bought a phone from Amazon and my previous carrier doesn’t support eSims. I called the customer service at Boost and whoever changed my account to Boost did it wrong. I went into this store right at 9am and CJ was working alone. We had to use a translator app to understand each other but he was very patient and kind with me. Transferring from my family mobile to Boost is not an easy job and takes time. He was on the phone with boost services and multitasking and helping the flood of customers that came in like a Boss! At one point he was using 4 different computers. He never got upset and took care of all of us. I’m so happy I left with the phones and service I needed and that even though it was a long process it was a pleasant experience. I will return to this store for any future issues I have bc I know I will get taken care of!”

He transferred all the information from the old phone to the new phone. He patiently explained the features on the new phone. Trevor was very efficient, knowledgeable and patient. Great service.”
