“My AC went out on the Friday of 4th of July weekend. As a DIYer, I knew it was a capacitor but initially trusted Google and bought the wrong size. They helped me do an exchange for what I thought was the correct capacitor, again trusting Google. Upon getting home and removing the old part, I realized I made yet another mistake and needed to exchange for a 3rd one but the store closed in 10 minutes and I was 15 minutes away. I quickly called them and let them know my situation. Though they were closed when I arrived at 7:05 they still went above and beyond and let me in to make the final exchange so that I did not have to wait a whole weekend in this sweltering heat. The part worked and I am now sitting in a nice, cool house on this 4th of July eve. Super impressed with the customer service and their patience but 3rd time was a charm and they have earned a new customer!”

I'm sure there's lots I'm leaving out, but if you work on your own home, automobile, property or just like to save a few dollars on items, this is a good place to check first. They don't always have exactly what I'm looking for, but I always am able to check a few things off my supplies list here at a significantly reduced cost.
I'm here almost weekly bothering the staff for supplies and odd requests for my classroom and they have always been nice and helpful, no matter who has helped me. Absolutely a great place to shop.”
