“My AC went out on the Friday of 4th of July weekend. As a DIYer, I knew it was a capacitor but initially trusted Google and bought the wrong size. They helped me do an exchange for what I thought was the correct capacitor, again trusting Google. Upon getting home and removing the old part, I realized I made yet another mistake and needed to exchange for a 3rd one but the store closed in 10 minutes and I was 15 minutes away. I quickly called them and let them know my situation. Though they were closed when I arrived at 7:05 they still went above and beyond and let me in to make the final exchange so that I did not have to wait a whole weekend in this sweltering heat. The part worked and I am now sitting in a nice, cool house on this 4th of July eve. Super impressed with the customer service and their patience but 3rd time was a charm and they have earned a new customer!”

“The prices aren't as great as they were in 2020 & 2021. It is also frustrating looking for a product that was a Harbor Freight exclusive, and it can't be found anywhere now. Don't get me wrong, they still have great items at reasonable prices. I just wish they would bring back certain items at the 2020/2021 price level.”

“This is a great place for building/repair/craft supplies! I'm sure there's lots I'm leaving out, but if you work on your own home, automobile, property or just like to save a few dollars on items, this is a good place to check first. They don't always have exactly what I'm looking for, but I always am able to check a few things off my supplies list here at a significantly reduced cost. I'm here almost weekly bothering the staff for supplies and odd requests for my classroom and they have always been nice and helpful, no matter who has helped me. Absolutely a great place to shop.”

“I scheduled a delivery of Nitterock from Nitterhouse. The entire experience was positive. The gentlemen in the store who helped me calculate how much stone I needed to cover the area were very helpful and patient. The delivery driver (Benny) was accommodating and friendly. As always, I find Nitterhouse to be an exceptional local business.”

“Surpassed my expectations! After the last snow, my blower decided it didn't want to self propell anymore. They came & got the machine, gave it the needed repairs, (& also a good once over) then returned it right back to my driveway!😃”

“Made numerous visits in one day to get burner aprons for my daughter's outdated GE electric cook top. Had to give everything a good cleaning and lining with foil. Lowes had what I needed for every brand but GE.”
