I never felt like they were trying to tell me stuff was wrong with my car just to make an extra buck as with most other places especially Midas. I like how they are very laid back and don't add anything else to the bill or interaction except great quality service.”
“Excel was recommended to me & after reading the reviews I decided to stop to see if I could make an appointment for inspection (I usually take it to the dealer & wait for 2-3 hrs, after making an appt. well ahead of time). Much to my surprise (& delight!) BeBe (owner) asked me for my keys & my car was ready in 25 minutes. I am still not over the shock!! After I complete an oil change plan that was prepaid at the dealer I will take my car to Excel for my future maintenance & repair!”
