I cannot say enough good things about State Farm staffer Rohan Rindan. After dealing with frustrating discrepancies across my multiple auto policies with State Farm owner and other past staff, Rohan actually understood how positive customer service skills are important and essential to ANY Business. I was deeply disappointed with how my previous concerns were mishandled which caused more out of pocket charges for a rider I thought I had all these years, recently finding out I did not.
As someone who has never missed a single payment since opening my policies in 2019, I felt as though my business didn't matter to the owner-agent, and my past phone calls were far from pleasing. Navigating insurance issues is never easy, and I was genuinely on the verge of canceling my policies and moving my business elsewhere.

The Cell phone place opens at 11 am and it is only 10 am. I was helped by an agent named Mike. Mike set up a virtual appointment with me by email. I love this method, instead of sitting in the office.I get to sit in my own house. Mike was very professional and polite. I look forward to our Zoom meeting tomorrow. Have a good night, workout, be fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. The State Farm office has two locations, the one here plus one in Conshohocken on Butler Pike. Located in a small shopping center where there's a Manhattan Bagel plus a Chinese restaurant. Good experience so far.”
