“Jim at the post office was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, he was so sweet, helpful, and genuinely kind. His energy is uplifting — truly sunshine in human form. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or cold, Jim made our entire experience feel warm and welcoming.
My husband and I both left smiling, and honestly, interactions like that are what keep people coming back. We’ll gladly continue using this post office anytime we need anything because of how positive our experience was.
Also, funny enough, he shares the same name as my husband, which made us smile even more lol. Thank you, Jim, for being such a bright light and making people’s days better just by being yourself!

“I would desperately like to give this place five stars, but I just cannot. The people who work there are very pleasant, efficient, ask the right questions, and make sure that anyone who is at the counter gets the service they need. That’s all good. Unfortunately, about 50% of the time I wait in line sometimes close to half an hour while one person works the counter and the line goes back past the doors. I’m not sure of the solution.”
“I thought I would try this PO (1925 Keith Rd. in Abington) out. I usually go to the one on Easton Rd.
The lady who waited on me was making faces to the other customers as if something was wrong and didn't realize I could see her from my peripheral vision. She would straighten her face every time I looked her way to ask a question. I wasn't a difficult customer, I just had to do a few things at once. Either way, she may need another vacation or something because her behavior was very inappropriate.”

Its such a relief walking into this office knowing the staff are so friendly and helpful! Thank you again!”
“Greg is the best. One of the few mom and pop shops left in the neighborhood. Greg is always eager to help you out, and doesn’t nickel and dime you for extras like other big box shipping store do. Just be warned, you might stay longer than expected as you enjoy a story about the neighborhood. They make keys, help with shipping and receiving, perform notary services, etc… I enjoy supporting Greg and a local, small family business.”

We were having a few issues with sending our loved ones cremated remains based on false information provided by the other post office in pennsauken and we decided to come to merchantville for clarity. Here I was provided the correct equipment, right guidance and it made this experience a lot smoother. 10/10 I would recommend to come to this location.”
“The entire staff is courteous, respectful, and friendly. They work well together as a team to create a welcoming atmosphere. The postmaster leads by example. I also appreciate how the staff decorates the facility for holidays and wore Eagles paraphernalia after the Super Bowl win.”

“I love this quaint little post office branch. It has a truly hometown neighborhood feel. And, there is rarely more than a 2-3 minute wait, even on an afternoon. The clerks inside -- (dare I call them "clerks" ??) are down to earth and approachable, always friendly and welcoming, adding that rare human/personal touch to their face-to-face interactions with customers. They greet you when you arrive and smile and say "goodbye, have a good day" when you leave. These may seem like simple facts but they make all the difference. If you've ever stood in a post office line for what seems like 20 minutes behind 6-7 other customers, only to encounter a robotic grump behind the counter, that can be a very irritating, aggravating experience. Merion Station is a little slice of heaven, where kindness, friendliness, and efficiency are the standard. Thank you, Merion Station Post Office!”

“This place has everything a regular PO has, and more. lots of priority mail boxes, different sizes, if you need one. I've never experienced a line here and the guys here are always pleasant, smiling, and doing a good job. They're never shut down for no apparent reason like the PO in my zip code and I never feel aggravated (Philly post offices can be horrible!) it's a relief to find a good PO, I appreciate it soooo much.”

“We needed passport help for our family of 7 and were feeling a bit overwhelmed. We needed to renew some and apply for others and needed them all within a month. We went to the Southampton post office mainly to ask questions and get the correct forms we needed. We were greeted by Suzy with a smile and friendly personality. We immediately felt a sense of relief. Suzy went above and beyond to ease our worries and also helped us start the process for our passports. “OMG!!!!! This United States Post Office in Palmyra, NJ was sooooo on point!!!!! YES!!!! It was a bit busy but, Spencer, was handling and doing things to keep the customers moving!!! NOPE, don't know him but do LOVE the U.S. Postal service that we were provided today!!!!! YES!!!! Give Spencer, probably a long over due raise! It's clean inside, lots of information as soon as you walk in the door but I would recommend leave the inside closed door to the postal cashiers open for even air flow (just my opinion). I was in and out within minutes because while Spencer was working customer issues he acknowledged that I and others customers were waiting, called us over to keep us moving while he was multitasking to resolve another customer's issue. AWESOME JOB "Spencer" on a Saturday morning!!!Thank you Palmyra, NJ United States Post Office on a JOB and CUSTOMER service well done!!!!!YES!!!!! “Came to USPS 12/31/24 looking for my package that was supposed to be delivered until 1/4/24 but I really needed it for a family get together that night. I went in and the ladies at the front Ms. Shamara and the supervisor Ms.Crystal was awesome with helping me locate my package. They went above and beyond the call of duty. The post office is an older location and my only complaint would be that it does not have any automated self-service kiosks for service for after hours. Most of the post offices in the area don't seem to have automated service for after hours. I know these Post Office buildings are older but it's time to come into the modern age folks & get some self-service kiosks!”
