My check-out process was smooth but the young woman taking care of the 2 older customers in front of me was absurd. There was a clear language barrier with a customer and she continued to raise her voice when the man did not fully understand what to do next. It was incredibly rude and I can imagine the guest felt humiliated.

While this location is very often slammed, the staff are exceedingly kind and helpful. I am always greeted with a smile and helped promptly and competently. I wish there were more employees placed here, to help support the volume of traffic!
