2405 MacArthur Road, Whitehall PA 18052
“Friendly & helpful employees at this location. Last time I was in: It was nearly closing time and the young woman, who was working the front on her own (other employees handling different tasks) was very notably multitasking. There were two customers present before me. Their transactions were finished in just moments. When it was my turn, I had came prepared with QR but needed outer packaging for my small item. She knew exactly where my options were located and closely estimated the cost. Not only did she put knowledge-to-action, she switched stations to start with the next customer as I made my choice and then returned to me when she was free again. This employee is clearly the example of a talented person in motion, working diligently to place the customer first. She had all the answers for the customers and simultaneously replied to the passing employees as they went in and out to their FedEx vehicle. I don't work for FedEx and know this person nor catch her name, but she was closing Tuesday 8/9/26. I was the one who came in with the bike 🚴 #CreditWhereDue”

“Great customer service. They helped get a shipment to Los Angeles that somehow went thru Guam and Hawaii get unstock in the USPS system. A few days after sharing tracking # and issue with them, they were able to contact Hawaii USPS to find the package and get it to LA. Above and beyond service!!!”

605 Main St, Slatington PA 18080
“I had the pleasure of coming into the Slatington Post Office today and meeting one of the sweetest and coolest person I have ever met that worked at a post office. Tina made the experience of getting my passport enjoyable and was so friendly and personable. My appointment was for 0900 and I was ten minutes early and it wasn't a problem. She is so easy going and just made the process easy. This lady is truly an inspiration and should be recognized.”

600 Railroad Street, Bowmanstown PA 18030
“The office is wonderful, but the gps does not take you where it's supposed to. From the point it leads you to, go down the hill to the main road, turn right one block, then left just before the deli.”

177 Main Street, Parryville PA 18244
“Very friendly Post Office worker in a Post Office that sadly will probably not be around for more than 5 or 10 years. I think we should support these small town post offices as much as possible.”

“Staples is an office supply chain that sells electronics, printers, and furniture. This location can be found off of MacArthur Rd in the Whitehall Square shopping center. I stopped in today to recycle my old computer monitor. The process was super easy and the guy at the service counter was most helpful. There was no charge for the monitor and they gave me a $5 coupon.”

4711 Kernsville Road, Orefield PA 18069
“Always love this post office! Superb service every time. Mack was incredibly patient and kind trying to help me resolve a shipping debacle, even though the confusion on my end delayed closing hours. Tina is always wonderful too! Recently, a USPS refund could only be made via money order and she dropped it the order off to our office on her own time. Thanks for the A+ service, USPS Orefield!”

“This is a review going into the post office and mailing packages. This is a fine experience. Usually there is no line. The guy that's usually there is quite helpful and friendly. There is quite another experience about actually getting our mail delivered, but I don't think that's what you want to hear about.”
-
4709 PA-309, Schnecksville PA 18078
“I always have a nice experience at this post office. The Neffs location is closer for me, but I’m often a last minute customer at Schnecksville since they’re open 30 minutes later and I work full time. The employees are always so kind and have never made me feel like I’m inconveniencing their day. I appreciate that!”

“Seeing the reviews on this page made me a little nervous. So I wanted to share some positive feedback about my delivery driver today. They were incredibly kind and friendly. Even places my delivery inside of the garage to protect it from the weather. He was also on time and called before he was about to arrive.”

128 Delaware Ave Frnt, Palmerton PA 18071
“The Palmerton P.O. IS a professional atmosphere where people can go in and send out mail with tracking for assurance their package will arrive. It is only on average between $0.10-$2 to jump up from 1ST Class to Priority Mail (depending on weight and distance) and it includes the tracking information to rest easy knowing when it is delivered. The counter associates are friendly, professional and they DO seem to know everyone. The two female clerks inside the building make it their business to know their job, the postage rates and services. Palmerton PO also has at least one new staff as well to beef up mail services. They ARE helpful and it is only the customers' candor that warrants the responses they receive. The mail delivery can be faster, but think about how there is limited staff, increased quantity (anywhere this would pose to be a challenge) and people taking off for personal illness things will slow down.Since the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, I have yet to have to call down there and say I am missing anything (whether a letter, package etc) and I am happy to claim since living here in early 2016, NOBODY has ever tampered with my mail. Also, the individual that cleans the post office lobby areas is always doing an excellent job keeping the place CLEAN AND SAFE! You can clearly tell she is generous with the cleaning service/products!Keep up the great work and thank you for the service!”

-
249 Lehigh Gap St, Walnutport PA 18088
“I don't understand why so poor rating. Out of all post offices around this is the best one. And The laurys station one is the worse where they mail stuff to wrong addresses all the time. But this post office is the best they do his work precisely and the treatment is high quality no complaints at all.”
-
