Phenomenal customer service. Dre, who was the tech, did a great job. On the day before, when I went in to check what the squealing was Mason, as always customer service expert, took great care of me! “Nothing but praise for the team at United Tire of Phoenixville. I took my recently purchased, high-mileage, '06 CRV in for some trouble I was experiencing while driving it. It sounded loud and it drove rough, it took forever to accelerate, and it was burning gas like a 16-wheeler. The team looked it over and gave me two possible causes and estimates. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me, and answered all my questions. I don't know much about cars and I've never had to deal with an older, high-mileage vehicle, so I was particularly anxious about the safety of the car. Jake and Bob were so friendly and helpful when they walked me through what to be paying attention to and how to take care of the car after I got it fixed. I took it back to fix the exhaust system and after the repairs the car drives damn near like new! At least a lot smoother and quieter than it did before UToP replaced the exhaust. It's been a week since that repair and I've experienced no other issues; the car runs beautifully. The 12,000 mile/1year warranty on the work performed gives me peace of mind that if anything does go wrong with the exhaust in that time frame, I can go back to this team and they'll take care of my vehicle. On top of their great work ethic and solid repair, these guys are just super friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to be around. When you walk in, they make you feel like you're going to get your car fixed by your buddy of 10 years, even if they've just met you. Amazing customer service. To everyone at UToP, thank you for your hard work. My only regret is that I don't live in Phoenixville to make this location my dedicated shop!”
“This shop and the mechanic (sorry I forgot to ask his name) are extraordinary (I mean it). First of all, they are very busy, with a lot of customers. That says something. I went there to replace a leaky tire. The mechanic does not behave like other staff in other shop - he waved me to go to him to quickly explain my need (as I said, they are very busy!). Before this shop, 2 other shops had told me that the leak was unfixable so a new tire was needed, and they did not have the new tire (a scenario sounds familiar to many in many such shops). At this shop, the mechanic did a quick check, told me that it's fixable, and took less than 5 minutes to put a plug into the leak, and sent me to leave without paying any. What?! Can you believe it? For many years I have been used to being overcharged by mechanic shops for repairs or oil changes that I don't trust, but this one... Wow.
Initially I ddin't believe such a simple fix would work, but after few weeks we have driven the car on highway for many hundreds of miles now.
This shop and the mechanic are really extraordinary.”

“Our company vehicle caught a flat in Exton, PA and we sought out several auto repair places in the area and were subject to price gouging and extremely poor customer service. Made a call to Whitford and they came to our rescue. Speedy, efficient and courteous service. We were both pleased with the above and beyond customer service as well as the extremely reasonable costs. We were so excited we gave them a $100 tip. Which ironically was still less expensive than the nearby competitors trying to rip us off! If you are near Exton, PA and need service do not go anywhere but Whitford Hills Auto! Trusted Service!”

“Mr.Tire in phoenixville pa is hands down the most trustworthy mechanic shop around. I am a single mom and will be the first to admit I know nothing about cars. Recently I had a car fiasco and had to tow my car to a popular brand dealership. They quoted me 600$ for a part that my car “needed” in order to run. I instantly called Mr.Tire and knew I needed to tow my car to them. They spend hours inspecting my car, test driving it, and concluded that my car was completely fine. “Back in 2024 I purchased a 2024 GMC 3500 HD Denali from Faulkner Buick GMC West Chester, INC. This was my thirteen vehicle purchased from this dealership since 1996. I always return to this dealership because I always feel comfortable with the people I am doing business with.
The pre mentioned vehicle was a great asset for my landscaping business for the time I owned it, but I wanted to downsize from this large diesel truck to a vehicle that was more agile to get into tight property entrances and be less costly to maintain. Every time I filled up the diesel tank, it cost me upwards of $120 to do so.
So I stopped by Faulkner Buick GMC to see what they had in stock. Original I was thinking about a standard 2026 GMC Canyon. When I arrived, the salesperson who handled my last truck purchase, Brett Paden immediately welcomed me to the dealership and began to discuss the available vehicles on the car lot. I had before visiting the dealership reviewed the new vehicle line-up on-line at their website, and Brett was well aware of my interests.

They quickly helped us and also didn’t charge ANYTHING because of the emergency! Free emergency fix on the weekend. Workers were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.”
