“I closed my Visa today due to the card being charged for late payments (I considered to be an inactive card, but old accounts were charging to it).The rep could have judged me for owing money on the account and closing the card, but instead made me feel very comfortable with the process. She even made a joke at the end of the transaction (not about the transaction, something else). I appreciated the professionalism and making me feel comfortable.”

She didn’t just do the generic “im sorry for your loss” she asked me about the deceased, she asked about my family and actually engaged in conversation; she was absolutely so welcoming and empathetic all while making phone calls to get this process done for me. She made such a stressful task so easy for me and I can see why she is the manager. Wonderful personality. Thank you Ebony. The entire staff was lovely!
