“The Claymont Delaware Post Office is great. Friendly employees, easy free parking and always open during posted business hours. I drive from Aston PA and pass 2 other Post Offices just to visit this one. During the past few snow storms my 2 local Post Offices were closed. Especially the Aston location which always seems to open late.”
“Good Evening Google Family. I visited today to mail some correspondence. There was one young lady working here and no one was in line. I loved this!!! Everytime I visit a post office, it is always super crowded and I haven't visited this location in a long time. It was great to conduct my business and leave promptly without any hassle whatsoever. It’s nestled out of the way so it’s not overly busy but when it is, their staff is exceptionally prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. On many occasions, Stephanie has thoroughly assisted me with international shipping woes. She is so helpful and truly the reason I am taking the time to write this review!! Give that lady a raise!! :)”

“I dropped off a package this morning at this location. The post office was open right on time and the postal worker couldn't have been more attentive and courteous. I asked for some fixed-rate Priority Mail boxes and he made it a point to double-check that they were fixed-rate boxes instead of just small Priority Mail boxes. We should take the time to commend people when it's warranted instead of just complaining.”

“I just had the smoothest experience I’ve ever had at a post office here. I went in for a passport renewal, and the woman who took care of me, Baseemah, was delightful. I made sure to make my appointment online so they were expecting me. I went right up and had no wait time. There was a question about whether or not my old passport was going to suffice for ID and she took the time to call and make sure it would be okay for me! It was a quick process, she was very helpful when I was filling out the paperwork. I was able to take my photo right then and there with her, and she even showed me the photo and asked for my approval. To me, the office staff had a friendly, family-style vibe. I truly appreciated the care and absolutely recommend coming here for passport services over going into Philly! In and out in about 30 minutes. Looking forward to making this our family go-to spot for passport services.”
