“I was returning a package and had a USPS label on my phone but no printer. The company wouldn't send me a QR code. USPS couldn't help me but said UPS could. They couldn't print the label either but the employee told me I could email it to them and he could print a UPS label. Thing was, I didn't know how to email! The employee helped me with that too. I was in a real pickle and didn't know what to do but they solved my problem easily! They were terrific!”

“This was my 1st time using Navis pack & ship & it won’t be my last !! They showed extra care for giant my crystals . Navis came in like “a knight in shining armor” .. They took the job last minute . My moving company who said they could do it , backed out at the last minute , the day that I closed & had to be out of my house for the new owners to move in.. of course I panicked & then by brother called Navis in Los Angeles, we spoke to Elin Perez , she said they were about to close & then , said “don’t worry we’ll be there in 20 min” .. They came right away , got the crystals , crated them up & shipped them out from Los Angeles to their sister store on the east coast . This is where it gets juicy!! In comes Dan Cramer , Owner & boss man of (Navis Pack & Ship #PA1104) , not only did Dan come in like the greatest super hero of all times , he eased all of my concerns about how we were going to get my 1800 pound geode through the front door if my new home ..Dan delivered , No drama , no chaos , just a new platform for my giant geode & an easy move for my precious stones !! I am beyond grateful for Elin , Dan and the fellas on his team !! If I ever had to move anything again , I’m definitely calling Navis Pack & Ship !! I highly recommend this company to anyone who has something that they hold dear and near their hearts , that needs to be shipped and handled with care !! Call Navis , They are literally the best !!!! I wanted to print almost 2-dozen copies of children’s artwork as a class keepsake, and everyone was extremely patient in reviewing the options with me, helping me strategize how to get the best product within budget, and communicating about quality concerns (I didn’t think about the fact that light-colored crayons and pencils wouldn’t copy well — I received a phone call immediately about this and we figured out a great work-around. I was shown proofs at this time to make sure everything was going to print as clearly and neatly as possible.)
I definitely did not appreciate all of the nuances involved with this last-minute idea of a printing project, and the lovely team at Fed Ex was so patient and kind with every aspect of the process. Can’t recommend highly enough.

“I just had the smoothest experience I’ve ever had at a post office here. I went in for a passport renewal, and the woman who took care of me, Baseemah, was delightful. I made sure to make my appointment online so they were expecting me. I went right up and had no wait time. There was a question about whether or not my old passport was going to suffice for ID and she took the time to call and make sure it would be okay for me! It was a quick process, she was very helpful when I was filling out the paperwork. I was able to take my photo right then and there with her, and she even showed me the photo and asked for my approval. To me, the office staff had a friendly, family-style vibe. I truly appreciated the care and absolutely recommend coming here for passport services over going into Philly! In and out in about 30 minutes. Looking forward to making this our family go-to spot for passport services.”
