Rent with the no-name places at your own risk. If their rate is substantially cheaper than anyone else’s, there’s almost certainly a hidden cost. I don’t have time or energy to play games. Enterprise is a no-brainer.”

“Would be nicer if could have access to units 24/7 or at least sometime past 5pm because if working til 5:30pm during the week makes things difficult. The process of getting a unit and then moving out of a unit was great! Just the app didn't let me upload photos so had to go to the office to complete the move out process.”

“Truck was reserved 7am came in received the truck, put exact estimated mileage didn’t pay a penny more reserved it for 12 hours only used it for 6. No damages no problems with the truck I can only imagine the negative reviews are the people who did things they weren’t supposed to do, you know like drive like a moron and smoke weed in the trucks. Only reason it’s a 4 star was the smoke smell in cab other then that it was a quick and painless procedure people on here just need to be a little more intelligent and purchase the right thing instead of giving a good place bad reviews because they can’t drive or follow rules of U-Hauls policy I’d recommend this place no problems!”
“My whole experience with Penske was great. Staff called me a few days and let me know they wouldn't have a van there at that time. He said I could pick it up further away or he could have someone drive it over to the original pickup location. I suggested the lather and told him I'm getting a ride there so I'll get there about 630am. He felt bad I'd have to wait until 9am so he had a staff member drive it over first thing at 7am. I was omw to haul our stuff at about 745am - 8am. New cargo van too. Only had 172 mi on it. Backup camera is awesome. My drop off location also have 24 hour key drop off. LOVED! I dropped it off that same night with tank full. They will charge you $8/gal if you make them do it lolI would for sure rent from Penske again and refer them as well!”
“Manager/Owner was very nice and accommodating. Truck was clean. This was the 3rd location that I visited on this day to rent a truck. The first location had computer issues. The second location was a UHAUL location that I had rented from before in Clifton Heights and they were very racist towards me. The 3rd stop I visited in Sharon Hill was a pleasure to do business and helpful on recommendations on the size of truck to rent. I will do business with them again. They also have an automotive component that I may give business to as well. It's all in how you treat people and at this Sharon Hill location, I was treated fairly.”
“Ease of access multiple options plus a place to park my car without worrying. My only issue is with UHAUL for not allowing that location to show up in a drop of search from NYC even though that is the closest location to where I'm going which is more convenient to me than the other locations that show up.”

“The staff at this site was exception both at pick-up and drop-off. I accidentally left my laptop bag in the truck (with my laptop in it) when I returned the truck. They quickly found it - contacted me (I hadn't realized that I had left it in the truck). They secured it in the office for me and we're so great when I got back to retrieve it. They were also kindly worried about a cup that I had left on the curve while doing my online check in. Another driver had jumped the curve and hit it. Fortunately the cup was fine.
I rent trucks frequently for work events. I have used a dealer much closer to my home typically. However, your staff was so amazing that I am going to use the Chester location from now on. It is close to my work storage unit, but your staff are what won my business.
Also, the trucks are always clean and the site feels safe and secure.
Phil was amazing at both drop off and pick up. So good to contact me and keep my laptop bag safe.
I believe it was Tina who gave it to me when I went back to pick it up.
