“I do most of my family’s shopping at giant and absolutely LOVE their points for gas rewards. The prices here are fair for the area but then I’ll get anywhere from $.50-$1.50 off PER GALLON of gas depending on how many rewards I’ve racked up. That is such a huge bonus given the prices of gas! There’s usually no big lines waiting for a pump and someone in the booth to help if necessary.”

“I recently started using this pharmacy, and the ladies there have been incredibly kind and helpful. They genuinely care about their customers and go out of their way to help however they can. It's so refreshing to have pharmacists and technicians who are friendly and compassionate. The experience has been a complete contrast to my time at CVS, where I often felt like customer service wasn't a priority and the pharmacist & techs at CVS were always miserable and never helpful! Also, when you call Giant, you get a real person right away—no having to talk to a robot, like you do at CVS! 🙂”

Krish Patel spent so much time explaining the differences in HRT and helped troubleshoot some user issues I was dealing with. They text you to remind you to refill and text when it’s ready. Both Jeremy and Krish helped me get my meds in the most cost effective way. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore but I’m glad I found it here.”

“Collegeville Pharmacy is the quintessential, Hometown, Mom and Pop Pharmacy that cares about their patients and goes the extra mile. I am so tired of Cvs, Walgreens, and all of the corporate owned pharmacies that don't care about their patients and are using AI messages that cycle through annoying nonsense, trying to understand me when I call. So happy I found Collegeville Pharmacy. I just wish I had found them years ago. It would've saved me a lot of frustration with the CVS, Rite Aid, and Walgreens. The pharmacist answers the phone herself and consults me through how to make sure my mom gets everything she needs and they even deliver for free (and my mom was tickled pink with the cute little Welcome gift bag). As a healthcare professional myself, I absolutely recommend Collegeville Pharmacy for anyone who wants personal care and seamless service.”

“I stopped at this pharmacy on my way to and from Walmart to receive several work-required vaccines. Despite it being a very busy Sunday and a holiday, every team member I interacted with was exceptionally kind, professional, and cheerful. I especially recommend Pharmacist Kathryn and Pharmacy Technician Mr. Ron for their expertise and outstanding service. They remained calm and friendly throughout my visit, taking the time to explain my options and helping me choose the most cost-effective payment method—even when I hadn’t planned to use it. Their customer‑focused approach and genuine care make this, in my opinion, the most professional pharmacy in the area. I highly recommend it.”
“I use Walgreens pharmacy primarily for my prescriptions and while I'm there sometimes but other non prescription products, novelties or candy, so I can only say what I notice when I am there. It's usually not a very crowded place and there is plenty of parking. You just need to be aware of the extremely high curbs if you drive a car that sits lower to the ground. I have ruined my front spoiler guard by hitting it once or twice trying to park as close as I could so that my rear wasn't obstructing thru traffic. There is handicap parking and they do have a drive thru which I suggest using if you have a called in prescription as it seems they are served before walk-ins and you will be waiting for another pharmacist to help you so it may take a bit longer to check out. There is one female pharmacist that I think is bitter about her job or working in general because she doesn't smile much. But for the most part, it's not a bad place to visit.”

They have a great selection of groceries, as well as alcohol, so you can get everything you need in one place. The prices are also very reasonable, making Wegmans a great option for budget-minded shoppers. “I was so sick and cranky and called the pharmacist and asked why my prescriptions hadn t been filled yet! I had quite an edge to my voice and was truly unpleasant, The pharamacist Explained the situation and was very professional and courteous even though I ( embarrassingly) was so rude. Turns out the pharmacist was Heath. I apologized because I know how diligent and hardworking Heath and his staff are at assisting people. I have been to 3 other CVS’ in the past, the ones at Lawrence Park ShopCenter, Manoa and Drexel Hill and have never witnessed more efficient and truly caring people as the ones at this CVS in Broomall. In my book, both Heath and Paula are irreplaceable!!”
