“Sometimes someone is just so fantastic at their job that you feel like you want to spread the word. Linh, a longstanding pharmacist at Paoli Acme is just fabulous at her job in every way. First she is friendly to me and lots of other customers — she calls us by name and makes us feel like it’s a neighborhood pharmacy. Second she goes above and beyond in helpfulness. She fills our scripts promptly, researches issues if there’s a problem, goes out of her way to suggest coupons or other ways to access meds we need, and has even spent days helping us resolve a protracted problem with our insurance. It’s a demanding and busy job and she is unfailingly hardworking, helpful, accurate and kind. Bottom line, she’s the best kind of pharmacist and Paoli Savon is lucky to have her.”

“Ariel (sp?) gets 6 stars. She is amazing to work with. She is kind, helpful and understanding. If you could look up excellent customer service in the dictionary, her name & picture would be there. I live about 1 1/2 hours away from there. I used them to get covid therapeutic meds. Too bad they cannot be sourced in a more "normal" fashion. I would have preferred that they had Saturday hours as well, but I can also understand why they do not. Blessings! Steve”

“They filled our prescriptions quickly, had medications that the big brand pharmacies didn’t have in stock, and they put a little American flag attached to the bag in honor of Veteran’s day!”
