Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is a long-standing nonprofit thrift store and donation center that has been serving the local community for over 100 years. The store offers a wide range of affordable secondhand items, including clothing, housewares, furniture, and other items, helping to strengthen communities, advance reuse and stability, and empower people to achieve their potential. While the selection at this particular location may not be the greatest, customers can still find the occasional standout piece of clothing or nice pair of shoes. The non-clothing items and children's clothing and toys are reportedly lacking. However, the store often has unexpected and useful items at significant discounts compared to buying new. Customers have reported mixed experiences with the inventory, with some finding limited furniture and shelving options, while others have been delighted by the vast selection of paintings, mirrors, and other wall art. The staff at this location is consistently praised for their helpfulness, knowledge, and willingness to assist customers in finding what they need. Despite the occasional inventory challenges, the Goodwill store in Southwestern Pennsylvania provides a valuable service to the community, offering affordable secondhand goods and supporting the organization's mission of empowering individuals and strengthening communities.
Found some jeans that fit after losing 20 pounds and at a góod price. Plan on being there a while since there is lots to look through.

Clean store and a great first-time visit! Staff was friendly and everything felt well-kept. Only suggestion would be to organize the book section a bit better—it would make browsing much easier. Overall, a nice thrift store experience.

Was able to find the perfect tie I needed for a suit for an event. The girl working there was super helpful and found me a great tie. I got a lot of compliments on how the tied matched my suit perfectly. Recommended!
