“Clean store and a great first-time visit! Staff was friendly and everything felt well-kept. Only suggestion would be to organize the book section a bit better—it would make browsing much easier. Overall, a nice thrift store experience.”

“After having been thrifting for several months straight in various venues, this little shop was an amazing find. It's set up as a consignment, however the prices are much lower than typically found under this business model. Additionally, every item has a store tag with a price and a date when the item was placed on display. I absolutely love this because the store automatically places a discount upon the items depending upon how long it has been there. This helps move products from the shelves faster and make room for newer inventory. If you see something you like and absolutely need it right now, buy it. If you choose to roll the dice and wait a month or so, the price may drop as much as half!
Very nice variety as well. It is not one of those shops where all of the vendors are selling crystals or old bottles. I scored an antique display case which originally housed a bottle of VSOP cognac. Google images showed at least 2 for sale on the usual platforms for upwards of $150. The date on the tag placed this item in the half off category, so I purchased it for only around $9! Would have liked it even at the initial marked price. Definitely a place to check out if you are into thrifting.”

“Excellent local thrift store. Something for everyone. They have maternity clothes! I was so excited to find that! Nice shoes, too. You can tell they really curate what that put out.”

“I visited here while visiting Pittsburgh and I'm so glad I was able to go, fairly small place but lots to look at. They also had greeting cards for the upcoming holiday (Halloween) along with decorations, costumes etc, right in front of the store. I picked up 10-12 small items including an unopened lego bag kit for a small car, I paid $5 - ridiculously affordable. I never caught the employee's name but she was so nice, I was the only customer for a bit so we talked a while about different things. Definitely one of my favorite memories from the trip was going to that thrift store.”

“Interesting place. They had everything. Some items were well used some in original packaging. My first time there. Another place you need to know regular pricing on items. Want to go to another one in a different area, to see how they compare. Worth stopping by to look around. Stores support habitat for humanity.”

“The service in this store is outstanding. There is a young man, keeping his name private...but you'll know who exactly he is when you shop there because he possesses such a kind and infectious helping spirit. Along with his professionalism it’s truly hard to believe such customer service exist in today’s brick and mortar stores. But this is evident by the top-notch care and attention to detail displayed by the manager of the store as well. She has demonstrated a true commitment to customers by providing products worth anyone's time to stop by and shop there. Well, actually…wait until I have look.”

“The staff at Natrona Heights is friendly .. clean store .. CEO makes TOO much money !!! Lower the prices it’s ridiculous what you charge for donated goods..You no longer pay your special employees.. make it hard for people in the back to reach goals so many items per hour they must put out!!!”

“Love my local Goodwill. As with any resale shop they can be hit or miss, but I have found some of the coolest stuff there. Once I bought about 5-7 pairs of American Eagle jeans in my size in one day, I’ve found some great household stuff there to repurpose, and helped to outfit my daughter’s first apartment with some really great kitchen items that didn’t look like used or hand me down stuff. Nice stainless steel bowls, crocks, ceramic casserole dish, etc. And it’s a great place to go when you need some “retail therapy” but don’t have a lot to spend! If you’re creative and don’t mind the hunt, you can come away with good stuff you couldn’t afford to purchase new. In addition, you’re saving a lot of items from the landfill and doing a good deed for our planet.”

“One of my favorite thrift spots with most of their goods being quite affordable (minus any vintage or popular brand clothing) and all the employees are very sweet and helpful!”
