This was my first eye exam in many many years and the entire appointment couldn’t have gone better. We interacted with every member of the staff at various points and I definitely want it to be known that they were all amazing.”
“More pedestrian friendly than other shopping centers in the area (although that's not saying much). It's nice to have so many stores in one area close to Costco, which alone warrants the trip to the neighborhood.
It's always nice to find a place where one of us can shop while the other walks the dog.
I hope it can someday transition to a more open air mall style with areas for people in the middle instead of parking lots in the center.”
“This shopping center is small and contains only several businesses and some empty storefronts. I am most interested in the pharmacy and a few restaurants. The buildings are in a convenient location and are nicely updated. A free parking lot provides an adequate number of spaces. I would not recommend this shopping center if you need groceries or clothing.”
“Stop by OfficeMax to pick up some ink for a printer for my friend. She didn't have enough time to do everything she needed to do so I did the running for her. I was there at 8:00 in the morning and there was a lot of parking. However, that main cartridges for the brothers printer. Wow the prices on them things I spent nearly $100 for ink”
“Overall a very good shopping center, the only part that isn't accessible is the lack of automatic doors on several businesses, but the incredibly kind people who shop here are happy to hold the door!”
“I Shop here often. I go to Ulta I use PNC bank I have popped in to Marshall's occasionally . There are a lot of nice shops here including places to eat. Just had my annual Eye exam done with doctor Budd. Parking can be hard but I always manage to find a space.”
“It is my neighborhood grocery store. You can find pretty much any daily supply. I mostly watch for the sale items, such as $4/ pound cheese. 50 cents chicken wings each. Ample of parking at this strip mall where there are also gift shop, bank, liquor store, beauty salon.”
“It's convenient for basic things. Giant Eagle, Planet Fitness, Fine Wines & Spirits, Super Nails, Dollar Tree, PNC Bank, etc. Just a variety of essentials. There was a shooting in the parking lot that I heard about it, but that's not the norm. There's a Getgo, Taco Bell, and Applebee's right over the hillside.”
“If going to Medexpress, be sure you have an appointment. They really don't accommodate walk-ins because I was told I would have to wait over 2 hours for next available appointment.”
“I like the movie experience, the surround is fantastic. Good food but expensive. The movie experience is still there but since covid the theater is not packed with people.”
“I always visit mom and pop diner. They are small but provide top breakfast that is plentiful. They're custom service based with wonderful restaurants etiquette. Support them, they survived the pandemic.”

“Lots of family and fast food restaurants, and a huge Storage Sense storage facility. ThIs is a nice area to shop the retail stores with tons of free parking! And there's a Sheetz gas station across the street.”
“It worked out perfectly. I got some groceries and bought a few other things at different stores. I stopped in the hair beauty store called Joy Joy Beauty Supply & was pleasantly surprised. They had exactly what I was looking for.”
“The vending experience was great!. The other vendors were very helpful, gave suggestions, and made you feel comfortable. As a new small business owner, I recommand vending at the " COLAB" .”
“It's one of the few shopping centers I like going to. You can get in and out pretty quick. The parking lot is maintained really well (bad weather, potholes, etc...).”
“Nice cinema in a dead mall. Half the theaters are cordoned off but the theaters still open seem well maintained and clean, no complaints there. Price is right to see new movies here. Concession stand has typical options you'd find at other theaters.”
“The only problem I have with this place is their deli. There are a few workers who have handled the meats and cheeses while using the same gloves over and over again. Even after touching everything around them and cleaning with chemicals. I even questioned them, and they said they can't change their gloves for every customer. Of course not, but when you wipe up garbage or touch several surfaces or cough/sneeze....GROSS!! I refused my order after that.”
“The manager at the local dollar store is the nicest guy. Actually all the employees they are pretty much are especially the really sweet short lady. And Joe's Italian ice is awesome. He's also really helpful to the community.”
“This shopping center is in a convenient location, and it contains several stores, a couple of restaurants, several personal-care businesses, etcetera. I came here to eat at a restaurant. The parking lot had enough spaces for customers’ vehicles. I would not do my regular shopping here. I would recommend this shopping center mostly for local residents and not so much for out-of-town people unless they are passing through.”
“So, I was there for the M@C Discounts building to pick up a few things. Other than the main road I had to get off of to the secondary access-like kind of road that the driveway was on, it is a nice plaza. Tons of cars driving at higher than normal rates of speed... I feel like it is kind of dangerous to get in and out of. The roads were super busy and there is no light or anything to help people get in and out of the lot. You just have to sit there and wait for a clearing to pull out. But, lots of spaces for parking and not a ton of trash all over (huge pet peeve of mine). Overall, I wouldn't discourage people from going here, but I'd certainly tell them to be careful getting in and out of the lot.As far as the store I was there for, I loved it. Super easy process to pick things up. The lady at the door as soon as you go in was not friendly at all, but everyone else totally was. Isles are set up so they are easy to find and navigate. If you haven't heard of their site yet, it's auctions. Check it out! Sometimes you get a break and get a great deal on an item. -just pay attention to which location you are bidding on an item from!! (Lol, it's how I ended up in PA in the first place!!)”

“This mall is not dead! (Unlike my home town mall...) It was decorated for Christmas and Santa was there seeing children! I especially like the Barnes and Noble book store. The smells of Auntie Annie's seemed to be everywhere and added to the fun. Great place to hangout and get lots of shopping done. Plenty of stores for the whole family!”
“Biglots has gone through a remodel. A new store is in the place where Bruce's Gallery was. A plasma donation center is about to open nextdoor to Dollar tree.”
“This is one of the better Doller Tree's in the area. Lower Burrell being number one. Since opening, they've been well stocked and have a nice variety of items to choose from. Staff is excellent.”

“This little shop serves one of the best lattes in the Pittsburgh area. I'm a coffee purist, but if you like creative flavored coffees, they have a substantial list of tasty specialty drinks that are always a hit with my teenager. Even when the line is long, they serve quickly with a smile. Worth a trip even if it's out of the way!”
