“They have all kinds of niche products like a Czech Pikao cake, Marlenka, these Asian fruit-shaped icecreams, Amish raw milk, Russian butters and exotic fruits you won't find anywhere else. The store is also very clean and organized.”
“Awesome selection of really high quality (whole) coffee beans for anyone who likes to grind fresh coffee. I get compliments on my coffee when I make a cup for somebody, but the Larder (and the Rainforest Nut Blend they sell) deserve all the credit. Also sells snacks, candy, ingredients and spices. You can bring your own reusable containers to cut down on plastic waste. Cashiers are always friendly and helpful and there's always good music playing over the speakers. Used to come here when I was a little kid to buy candy, very happy to see the business still going strong and still in the same location.”

“I live only a minute from this hidden gem and was welcomed warmly when walking in. Absolutely lovely staff and immediately told them it was my first time ever being in a meat emporium and they told me about every cut of meat they had and even told me which cuts I should use based on the dishes I commonly cooked. They also recommended me some great finishing salts which I bought the chimichurri and it was 10/10. I did purchase a pound of their marinated short rib which is phenomenal and saves me extra time in the kitchen. Great shop and will be recommending to my neighbors :) also their gf bread cheese is great too!”
“This is efficiency store Hmart, I can find most items in my shopping list, but not all like I would at the larger Hmarts. But, staff is helpful. Aisles are crowded with restocking often. But you can get your essentials here.”
“Stopped by for the first time today hoping they’d have a soda I used to drink as a kid that I hadn’t seen in years. Not only did they have the exact flavor I grew up drinking, but they had every other flavor in the lineup as well.
I can’t believe I didn’t know this place was only 15 minutes from my house. They have a huge selection of unique drinks, candy, and a nice selection of hot sauces. The prices were very reasonable as well.
I’ll definitely be stopping in again soon.”

“Very nice upscale market. They don't have everything a chain grocery store would have, but there is a bakery and nice deli inside. Went in for coffee and came out with several things I can't get at Giant or Acme. Sat at a little table outside and enjoyed a baby cake while chatting with others.”

Very nice products but I bought the head&shoulders old spice shampoo and conditioner and it smells very different from where I usually buy it from like Family dollar, target, ACME, etc. products are expensive but nice. “Just had our second wonderful experience with House of Kosher catering an event here in Allentown PA - they are responsive, professional, a pleasure, competitely priced (kosher food is not cheap but they are very reasonable and generous), were able to deliver fresh food for an early Sunday morning event...this time we had dairy (their sushi is so yummy and presented really beautifully) and at our last event we had a meat menu; both times the food was given high praise by everyone at the parties...it was delicious and we are so grateful to be within HOK's delivery zone ? thank you so much and only simchas!”

“I love this place! Jenn Behind the bar is the best. This has been a safe haven and special home for me on Tuesday nights for the open mic night for so many of me and my friends to meet up. Jenn's an excellent bartender. It's a great place for families, friends, children, and fur babies to pop in and support the local community here. I love Elkins Park!”
“This is my normal ALDI and I have no complaints with it. It’s usually stocked well and they don’t usually run out of things unless it’s near the end of the night. The parking lot is convenient and there are lots of other stores in the shopping center. I recommend the grocery pickup on the app so save time, but other than that it doesn’t get too crowded if you shop inside.”
“I like this Acme, lots of sales. Stocked shelves etc. My only gripe with ALL Acme's...GET WITH THE TIMES AND HAVE A SMALLER CART OPTION. I don't even see the baskets anymore. When I only need a few items I either have to use nothing and juggle. Or use a HUGE cart. PLEASE for the love of God. GET THE 2 TIERED SMALL CARTS. Every other super market has these now. Except Acme.”

“I visited during a busy weekend afternoon and expected long lines, but the store seemed well prepared. Registers were staffed, shelves were organized, and the overall flow was efficient. Even with plenty of shoppers around, I never felt rushed or crowded while browsing.”

This is how you know the owner really cares about his customers by ensuring a unique customer experience.Asante Market has everything... and when I say everything, I really mean everything you need for those delicious African recipes as well as some hard to find British treats.Super clean store that actually smells very good - unlike some other African stores you walk in and want to run the heck back out.Help actually exists here... associates are very happy and more than willing to go above and beyond to assist you.Parking here is a bit fuzzy with small tight spaces but take nothing away from the awesome experience you get shopping at Asante Market.Hats off to the owner and his staff. “Great food store. Very cheap prices I go here for all my grocery shopping, they do not have everything so I do need to go to a more expensive place sometimes for specific things but the options here vary and change sometimes. For the price you can't beat it. Also I was here the other day and noticed even some cosmetics like lotion, motrin, etc. are also sold here for much cheaper than where I was previously purchasing them for, so now I'm coming here more than before! You also either need to bring your own bag or buy one there, they're cheap though. There are free boxes you can use most of the time too. Overall I highly recommend for those on a budget or trying to save!”
“I love shopping at this store all the employees are nice and friendly but one that really stands out is a girl named Mia she is a cashier she is always very pleasant and friendly I am disabled and she always bags all of my stuff and puts it in the cart for me, Also if I need any help finding anything she will tell me the aisle or help me come find it if she is not busy. I come all the way to Bensalem from Philly because your employees are so much nicer than the employees at Philadelphia shop rite.”

“Such a good Soviet store! Do you want to plunge into the late perestroika 80s? You've come to the right place. Here you will find workers in the sausage department in aprons like in those days, and fresh sausage, and “Burenka” and “swallow” candies, and bread hot in the morning, like in childhood, that you’ll want to bite off on the way home. The music is from the same times and the service is the same. The assortment is perestroika: a lot of our Soviet stuff, but there is also imported stuff. 4 Soviet stars to a store that will be the same in 20 years.”
