The instructors are phenomenal—welcoming, patient, and intentional about making sure every movement feels safe and empowering. They bring the perfect balance of professionalism and high-energy fun that keeps every class exciting. On top of that, the community is incredible. The encouragement, accountability, and motivation from peers adds a whole new level of inspiration I didn’t even realize I was missing.
In just one month, I’ve pushed myself further than I had in years of solo training. If you’re ready for a new spark, real support, and an environment where you can push limits while having fun, I can’t recommend CrossFit Athletics enough. I'm not one to typically leave reviews, but Crossfit Athletics deserves it!”

“I decided to reach out to this gym after finding it on Instagram. Coach Adrian called me to talk about my concerns and answered my questions. I am 44 years old and noticed that the home workouts I have always done were not getting me the results that I was looking for. After meeting with Adrian at the gym, I decided to do their 6 week program and have seen major results! I committed to taking classes 3 to 4 times per week and followed the meal plan that was provided for me. In 6 weeks, I feel stronger, I have lost 10 pounds, and my clothes fit better than they have in a long time.I love the variety of class times (they offer 6 class times every weekday!), how every workout feels fun and different, and most of all that I feel challenged and accomplished every time I leave. I am hooked and look forward to where I will be in a other 6 weeks!”

“I really love the atmosphere and community of this gym! I've been a gym rat for about 13 years now and have been a memeber at several different chains and mom-and-pop shops; this gym is more old school style with older, but fully functional, equipment.
The gym is super clean, well put together with a friendly and professional staff. I love having the option to use the hydro massage and other amenities if I choose.
If you're looking for a super modern gym with all the bells and whistles, this probably isn't the best fit for you. But if you're looking to get in a great workout with a great selection of free weights and plate loaded option, this is a great gym.
I also love the class schedule availablity. I don't utilize it, personally, but there's a lot of options for older members as well to come in and stay active.”

“As someone who hasn't been to a gym or has exercised in well over 2 years, it was extremely intimidating starting. Luckily, I had a friend who started going to Burn at the beginning of the year and she mentioned "bring a buddy" camp. I've wanted to try Burn for a while but wasn't sure if the class setting was for me. This "bring a buddy" camp roped me in and helped me get over the hump of actually going. I loved it so much that I signed up for the 3 week promo and then right into a membership!The trainers are top notch and always pushing you harder. The focus meetings are super helpful too! They really help you narrow down your goals and achieve them, one goal at a time.The campers are a bonus! Everyone is so uplifting and friendly. 10 out of 10!”

“I can’t say enough good things about JAM! I went into my first session not knowing what to expect, as I have been intimidated in the past by fitness instructors who either 1) have the perfect body and you think you could never get there 2) it’s just a job to them and they don’t actually care about you as a person. It’s different here. Jon and Matt are different. They explain the why behind everything we do together, they’ve listened to me and helped me through some stressful days. They provided a balance to my life that I didn’t know I was missing and I am forever grateful. If you’re on the fence, just take the plunge. It’s so worth it. I will share one of the most amazing things that happened to me during my journey here - I spent 3 hours building IKEA furniture and I was PAIN FREE while doing it. That was a HUGE deal for me!! I can’t say thank you enough!!!”

“I took up pole dancing for health and wellness reasons. I do not like gyms. This has been a wonderful fit for me. Everyone is so positive and encouraging. I took Level 1 and 2 with Mysti. She is a wonderful teacher and clearly explains dance moves, positions, and steps. I love Sunday floor work and twerk classes with Deneese. It's like being at a pep rally. We all cheer each other. I got a membership a few days ago. I can't wait to learn more!”

“PTT is an excellent place to train and reach your goals, whether it be to get into better shape or fight competitively. The coaches are astute in their teaching and passionate about what they do. In addition to mixed martial arts and fitness classes, there are gi and no gi Gracie jiu jitsu classes. These classes are geared towards the self defense aspect of martial arts and are taught by a true master of the art. This place comes highly recommended.”

“Love this gym! They have Mossa brand Group workout classes and I love the Group Power (focuses on weight lifting in time to music) and Group Groove (a more cardio focused dancing type class). We also love the Kids Area, where we sign in our young kids so they can play while we work out!”
“First off, shout out to Phoenix and Micheal for the day pass. Overall the facility is very clean and odor free. Plenty of benches and free weights. If I live in the area this would be my home gym.”
“I know a lot of people rag about planet fitness, but over all it’s a good gym. They have both free weights and machines that will get you through a good workout.
Plus muscle is made in the kitchen”
“Fantastic place for parties and great for all ages. The play area is gigantic and the staff is attentive.Only caveat I found is that the waiting / party area is not condusive to a lot of adult and kid traffic.Will come back again and again though.”
