Clean, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff, made my experience great. Tanner was my piercer, and Cade was observing the procedure. Both guys put me at ease immediately, explained EVERYTHING at each step, and the piercing part was over in a second. Couldn't have went better. I highly recommend these two, and the shop overall. “Kim is fantastic. I purchased a c6 corvette pendant from her many years ago. Wore it everyday. Purchased a c8 corvette, and needed a new pendant. Went right to Kim’s website and purchased. Kim had the best price over anyone else too. She emailed me with information about my shipment. When I received my new c8 pendant, it was perfect. My old c6 pendant was loosing some color and I let Kim know about it. She had me send it back to her for touch up, and received it back looking just as nice as the day I bought it, with NO CHARGE. “Wow! What a quaint shop with a lot to look at and for. I was greeted the moment I walked in and invited to look around. There were many handmade items that were lovely. I was drawn to the many hand woven hats they had. I saw a beautiful turquoise hat that would have fit my locs perfectly. Unfortunately, it was not silk lined (I am trying to be more loving to my hair) but fleece around the inside front. There were also gloves to match. There was silver and other clothes for purchase. I found some beautiful leg warmers for my daughter. And my bag that my purchase was put in was a beautiful reusable cloth bag. I'm glad I decided to go ahead and get one. I wish had more time to look.”

Overall Iam pleased with how my ring turned out and happy to be done the situation.I dropped off my ring to have it resized on 12-31-21 and ready for pick up on 1-14-22. I have not been unable to get her on the phone or the store. Iam at the point iam going to have to contact attorney or police. Any one else having this issue”

“My seven year old had her ears pierced by Sienna at this location. She was kind, gentle and professional. My daughter was super nervous but said it really helped ease her anxiety when Sienna chatted her up about different hobbies to distract her.
