“I had been scammed twice for an iPhone for my daughter’s Xmas present. This was the second phone I bought and I was told that it was just a paperweight. I was told that since it was through T-Mobile nobody would be able to unlock it. Someone happened to tag my post with the owner of Mon valley phone repair. Josh had messaged me and told me he thought he could fix my phone. I was a little skeptical at first that it wouldn’t work because of everything that people told me. It took a little more than he expected I think, but he is my hero for the day. He fix the phone and now my daughter has her phone. thank you so much! I would absolutely recommend them for and needs and repairs!!”

“Edited to add: the manager below contacted me and made this right. Thank you, up a few stars. Wish it didn't take a bad review to get a resolution (I asked inside for a way to avoid the fee and the rep from customer service hung up on me when I asked but they're not the store.)Original review: I was charged a bogus $50 "activation fee" just to move my SIM card from one phone to another. I explained that I've never had to pay one and that $50 is way too high to move a sim, they told me it used to be $25 but they raised it. Doubling a fee isn't normal inflation. I later discovered that I've never paid it because it's FREE online. I thought my sim was malfunctioning which was why I went in.Her system was down so I had to patiently wait FOREVER just to have her do something I could have done myself FOR FREE in minutes. She could have said hey so you don't have to wait here an hour, your sim is fine and you can just go online and activate it for free. But no she had me sit there forever, did not inform me of the fee ahead of time, and then sprung it on me right at the end.If you want to get ripped off by a store with a broken system, sign up here. $50 to waste your time.”

“Cricket in North Versailles has such great staff! My experience was beyond amazing! I was taken care of by Joshua D.I rushed in 3-5 minutes before closing time because I had broken my phone and needed a new one asap. Even though we were cutting it close, Joshua STILL tended to me when he could’ve easily refused service. Joshua was extremely helpful and kind, he got me set up with my new phone in no time! We were having some trouble accessing my cricket account but Joshua made sure that I was able to open up a new account! He was so patient during the entire process which made me feel very comfortable :)Hopefully he gets to see this so that he knows how grateful I am for his patience & understanding ?”

“The store manager Ronald and the retail assistant Manager Mike were both so knowledgeable and helpful. My battery was fried. I didn't have a warranty. I was stranded without a backup phone and had a limited budget. They took the time to troubleshoot with me explaining everything along the way. I left with a new phone I could afford and a better plan. They saved the day! Best experience I've had in any retail phone store.”

“This place is the best! I highly recommend their business. I literally washed my phone (accidentally)in August 2020. I was told by the manufacturer’s store and a cellphone repair shop (I paid a diagnostic fee) that my phone was a loss and my photos could not be recovered. Luckily I held out hope. In January of 2022, I was told about Cell Phones and More. They got my phone working and I have my precious videos and pictures. (My auto backup plan was not activated for a 6 month period unbeknownst to me.) Thank you so much!!!!! Definitely giving 10+⭐️ on a 5 ⭐️scale.”

After performing all of the prudent electronic searches and phone calls related to phone evaporation, I relented my search and visited this store. The staff was immediately understanding and helpful. Within a few minutes, I had purchased a great new phone. They had activated it, transferred the number form my lost phone to It, and I was on my way. I'm not tech savvy.
