“My cats have been boarding there 2 days, I’m still 1200 miles away on a trip, and I couldn’t help but go ahead and write this review. They are kind, compassionate, loving, patient, and absolutely obsessed with loving our animals as their own while we’re away. One of my cats has asthma, and it’s really hard for me for me to leave her at all, but I’ve never felt so safe with her being somewhere else. Pet parents - this is the place you want your kids to be when you’re not there. I’m so beyond impressed and so thankful for them! The Nestcam is a GAME CHANGER. Incredible people, and I’ll be switching them over to this clinic for their primary vet needs when I get home.”

“We have went to A.C. for the past 6 years. Our dog is a house dog and hunting companion. They have always advised us well. And recently we had to have a small cyst removed from our German Short Haired Pointers throat. It was as smooth and simple of a process as can be for a large, high energy dog, having a small surgery in a bad location.”

“I came to the century 3 Petco today after work . I shop between the waterfront and this one . I did some shopping for my Bronny today. I was so pleased with the service that I got from Terry. This was the 1st time from this Petco that I was really pleased. I had to look at my receipt when I got home to see what her name was. She helped me with my Petco app in my phone . She was very helpful, she didn't rush me along. Because they were busy. She had a lot of patients. I have never felt rushed thru a visit like I my cats were just waiting for the bill. They take their time to address everything you want to discuss. “Have been coming here for at least the past 25 yrs. The vet and staff has taken care of all my dogs and me like their own. Can’t be more helpful or caring. Even kept my sick dog in the office when we went on vacation as all their cages were full. Their hours are long and 6 days a wk. Wouldn't take my best friends anywhere else. Everyone is truly wonderful!”
“We really appreciate all of the Banfield staff at this location. After coming from a bad experience at the Banfield in Robinson, we were hesitant to continue care but everyone on this staff has been amazing. Especially Katherine, who was so patient and kind to our more reactive dog.My only complaint is that it seems Banfield is trying to transition to drop off appointments which I’m not a fan of. However whenever I say no, they find me an appointment I can be present for!”
