When I dropped my vehicle off, again, Madison jumped in and explained the process entirely, including the shuttle option for me to visit Planet Fitness for an hour, I was shocked! Having owned BMW’s for my wife since 1996, I NEVER received such great service as I did today. When my Truck was finished (on time), Madison again found me and delightfully showed me how to complete the transaction. To top it all off, they washed my truck! Montrose Rules!”

“I just started using them not to long ago and I have to say the whole staff is friendly, nice, and understanding. The lady that work the check out when we see each other we say hi she lovely. And that is a big thing I look at in shops because you know they won’t screw you over. They are also VERY REASONABLE in price. And they do the best work ever!”
“I called Friday around mid day and was off in a certified pre owned truck around noon on Saturday, sales man Bill was great, as was the Financial Manager they really worked with me to get me a deal that worked best for me. They didn't stop at here's your offer what do you think? No. They went to the next level and we settled up pretty good for the hassle on my end that we had to deal with. If you're in the market for a vehicle check their inventory out and give them a call if you find something they will work with you I'm sure of it.”

“We decided to make a day of it and drive to Pittsburgh. In the way back the truck started making god awful noises. We managed to get it off the road and in to a Sheetz parking lot. We used our AAA service and Tristan from Browns towing came to the rescue! He got to us very quickly, loaded up the truck and off we went. He got us and the truck home safe and sound. He was very kind and made the ride home enjoyable. If you need a tow or change a flat tire or even just got yourself locked out call Browns towing. You will get fantastic service! Thanks Tristan!!”
