I have dealt all my life with big banks like Wells Fargo and JP Morgan but never experienced the product knowledge and willingness to help common people. Give them a chance to help you and I am sure they won’t let you down. I say NO MORE to Big Banks and YES to P S Bank in Scranton!”

“I don’t want to name names In fear of forgetting someone. ALL the girls at the Clark Summit branch R TERRIFIC!!!! Always - kind and considerate. I consider them all my friends ❤️. Often, I have many transactions- I try to be organized & I have never been made to feel like I was bothering anyone. All the girls are patient and professional !! For various reasons, I have done business at many other banks in the Abingtons - their services do not even come close to what I get at Citizen’s. Love the passbook….I hope U never get rid of it. Also appreciate a balance on the deposit receipts….something U don’t get at PNC and NBT unless U ask and show ID !! I would never change banks for my own personal banking needs.
