I've been a current customer for 22 years and any interaction I've ever had with any of their employees has been nothing but friendly and welcoming. Any and all issues I've ever had have always been expeditiously resolved. By reading all the negative reviews I would say that the majority of the people with issues with Lenox Propane are making false accusations and twisting the truth to fit their own narrative. But they themselves are the actual problem and are the type of person no one can actually please. I also think that a percentage of people's reviews aren't even Lenox Propane customers and are actually leaving reviews under the wrong company.”
