“Mostly nice and friendly employees, and Omar is the best! I stop in at least once a day, and this is a very convenient store for me. The prices are, however, about twice the price of a supermarket. The parking lot has been full of broken glass and trash since I can remember, and needs to be kept clean for looks as well as everyone's safety. My experiences for the most part have been very good.”
“Zim was a great help in fixing my parent’s wedding cassette from the early 90’s, which was recorded in a difficulty. I approached him with the impression that the torn reel was irreparable, but he swiftly restored and digitized the cassette. It was so meaningful to be able to watch the video with my parents for the first time in my life 32 years later. I can’t recommend his business enough”

My iPhone 15 Pro was completely bricked (grayed-out Wi-Fi and stuck on an endless loading screen). Every shop I called in South Philly told me it was a dead motherboard and not worth repairing. They told me to go to this spot in Upper Darby instead.
I dropped it off, and they had it fixed in just one day. It turned out to be a deep iOS software issue, and they only charged me $20! Incredible honesty and amazing service. Don't waste your time anywhere else—go here first!”

From my first in home sales consultation to the installation of the product to the programmers doing their final tweaking and adjustments was 2nd to none. Once the installation was done and it came time for adjusting the sound to the room, Main Line Audio brought in a field specialist from NAD to help with adjusting the audio to the acoustics in the room. Main Line Sound & Audio when beyond the call of duty to set this entire system up for me.
I cannot be more happier with the system that Main Line Audio had designed for my home.
I highly recommend Main Line Sound & Audio to anyone out there that is looking to have a home theater system installed. My experience with this group was first class during the entire process.

“This isn’t my neighborhood store I went in today because I was having issues with my phone not receiving service( it said SOS ONLY NO SIM). I was just driving by when I noticed the store here on City Avenue. I stopped inside. Told the guys my problem and they assisted me right away. Got me out the store in 15 minutes told me that my sim was damaged and needed a new one. These gentleman were very patient and very informative with great customer service I will be returning. I live about 20 minutes away with a Store that is two minutes away from my home and I won’t be returning to that one anymore. This is my new Store thank you guys so much for helping me today. “After spending one month back-and-forth with T-Mobile by phone I went to the t mobile store at 15th and walnut.To try to get the issue solved . I had transferred a phone number to my phone as a second number, and what I was told ended up not working. Thanks to the sales rep, Jonathan, the issue was finally resolved. He was very persistent and contacted T mobile tech by phone and again, the issue wasn't being resolved , and the t ech could not resolve the problem . Jonathan figured out what the problem was and the issue was resolved. I strongly recommend Jonathan at T-Mobile 15th & Walnut St for his knowledge and persistence and excellent customer service.”

“Came here because my wrong phone got suspended. Was a little confused why the wrong line was suspended. One of the managers Corrie helped me to restore my line and suspend the right number. She was extremely helpful and kind. She also helped me with getting approved for a credit account with tmobile. I was approved and hype that I can build my credit even more by using the card to pay my phone bill. I will definitely say this was by the far the best experience I had with any Tmobile rep.
I even got me the free watch offer as well.”

“I made an appointment at Best Buy to check on the camera I purchased back in November. I have been having small issues, but because I purchased protection services, I thought I would bring it in. I was greeted by Meron, who was friendly and made sure I was all checked in and that someone who understands cameras came to meet with me. Unfortunately, I had to send my camera away to be fixed, but I was not ready for that, so Meron gave me his card to reach out when I would be able to continue with the service. Everyone was friendly and tried to make sure all my needs were met during my time there.”
“The Delco team is absolutely top notch. They have completed two separate projects for our school - a cafeteria video/audio project and a gym audio project. Both projects greatly exceeded my expectations. The team was phenomenal, timely and friendly throughout the work. Delco was also the most efficient crew I have ever seen -- efficiency and great quality work do not always go together but they are truly masters at what they do - everything down to the details was done right. They also take the time to explain how to use the equipment in simple terms for those of us who are not audio technicians :-).After the project was completed, I had a couple of questions and they were very responsive and offered to come out again to demonstrate how the system works. If you have an audio/visual project you could not do better than Delco Solutions!”
