“Nov 12th, 2021 I have been coming to CVS Pharmacy In Glenolden since 2018. Born and raise in Glenolden. In September of 2018. I was diagnosed with Heart condition which landing me at Bryn Mar Hospital. Always take care of my health. Don’t’ drink. Quit smoking cold turkey 2014. I thank my primary doctor in Lawrence Park shopping center for helping me quit smoking. When I got out of the Hospital, my doctors had me set up on medication. Never been on medication. Scared, wondering, side effects, stress, what these medications are going to do to me, single dad trying to raise his kids, work full time etc.. First time I step in Glenolden, I met Maria and her staff. Maria and her staff have made sure everything was set up for me, went over the medicines, side effects, and made sure if I was low on my medication, Maria and her staff would go out of their way to contact my doctors so I’m under any stress. Maria went out of her way explain everything that I’m taking, set up for me CVS Pharmacy website so I understand what medication I’m taking each day. Maria and her staff not only take great care of me but take great care of all CVS Pharmacy customers. I see this with my own two eyes what these man and women do each day. They make sure our health is taking care of. In July 2021, I came down with rare blood disease which I’m stilling trying to figure out. Maria and her staff are very kind, sweet, friendly, and supportive. Maria always asks how I’m doing with my doctors’ appointments etc. Not only I’m a proud CVS Customer, Maria and her staff are family to me and will always be in my heart. Without these guys, keeping me safe and healthy, I would be in a pine box. Now, to the idiots that write bad reviews on CVS Pharmacy’s web site, I totally understand freedom speech. I find it disturbing what people write when they have nothing to do in their life. Writing about bad customer service, Pharmacies employees, etc. It’s called patients. I like to see you stand behind counter, take doctors and patients phone calls, fill prescription bottles, and deal with screaming customers yelling at you every day. Without Maria and her staff, think about this logic question, who would take care of your health. We are all human beings. Give Maria and her staff the common courtesy and respect they deserve. I ask please don’t leave! In conclusion, it’s a real honor for these brave men and women to serve us CVS customers during covid 19. Maria and her staff all deserve recognition award for their decorations of service. They are outstanding, fabulous, shows excellent customer service, and kindness with a smile. My prays are with you and your families. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you. You all rock!”

“Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Easy, quick, and quality service. We found an old vhs tape of my late grandmother who had recently passed away-I was searching for ways to convert it and stumbled on Zim’s. I gave it to Mike Tuesday night and it was ready by the next day. I received a USB drive, my old tape, and instructions on how to use the flash drive. Mike really thought of everything to make this the smoothest experience for his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back when I find more tapes”

“Excellent and massive selection. Helpful staff who don't pressure you. Sometimes they have great deals, especially on their store brand stuff (Inland). My only complaint is how they (with a postcard offer) lure me in for a free flash drive, and because I lack self control I end up spending hundreds while I'm there. I do like supporting a brick and mortar retail place that's local.”

“Mike is a truly fabulous person. When I came to the store, I was transferring my phone number to a different phone, however there were complications with the insurance company issuing the phone. He arranged phone calls for me. And when he heard me struggle with the insurance company, he personally took time to talk to them on my behalf. That was not a requirement of his job, that was just a nice thing he did without charging me because he saw how stressed I was. He went above an beyond helping me get my phone working again. I cannot recommend Mike enough.”

“Though my problem was not solved at that store, at least the very nice technician guided me to go someplace else out in Plymouth Meeting to get my solved. It would be great to be able to go into a cell phone store to get service and not just sales. It would be really convenient if there were people there who could do things that are relatively minor such as cleaning the phone or at least addressing a problem that seemed to only take about five minutes to resolve which is what happened when I had to travel all the way up to Plymouth Meeting just for someone to spend 5 minutes with my phone.”

I made the mistake of going to the store on 17th and Chestnut first and they didn't help me so I came back here and once again they were helpful. Honestly, this is THE BEST T-Mobile store in the city! Tynesha (sorry if i got the spelling wrong) hands down is the best employee ever! Broke down plans and cost for me, was so patient with letting me transfer everything over and gave me the best deal with the best plan. Going forward I will always pick this location. I love my new phone!”
