Phillips Automotive is the true dictionary definition of a small family owned business! Reasonable pricing compared to other local shops and dealers, to easy and up front honest solutions they are truly going to tell you how it is. Mikes not going to just have you throw parts at something if he knows it’s something that can be fixed (very well capable and experienced guy, just check out there social medias and see the true craftsmanship and pride that they take in the work they do)I’ve been referring people to Phillips ever since I have known them, I recently told a family friend of ours to bring in there Honda pilot that the dealership told them needed the following (cats, 02 sensors, motor mount and trans mount) I personally looked at the vehicle and told them that was not the case and to bring it to Phillips as I did not have the time to make the repairs or property diagnose it myself. Turns out the family friend completely forgot to mention that I sent them, but guess what it isn’t necessary when it’s a place you can trust! Mike and Stacey were up front with them and the pilot only needed an 02 sensor! “Eric is amazing! he is so knowledgeable not of just his trade but also how to handle the insurance companies, let's face it they can be such a pain. My car came back to me better than it was before it went in and Eric genuinely CARES! you are not a number or a check with him. He took the time to really look over my car, we chatted about our families and he made this nerve-wracking process so easy I almost forgot I had been in an accident. He even told me to bring the car over to see if he had the clips in his shop for something completely unrelated to my accident! “We needed some parts for our car and was not able to find them at some of the other chain stores. An internet search brought us here. This is just one of many stores in PA and NJ and they appear to mostly deal with the trade but the will deal with the general public. They did not have it but said they would have them in several hours and they were there. Great help at the counter. People were pleasant. The entrance is on the east side and near the back of the building. No big sign so you will have to look for it.”

I have had my eyes on getting a Jetta for quite a bit and honestly wasn’t planning on purchasing it when I went in. I just needed a to and from kind of car. Nothing special. Until I saw a black Jetta 2023 parked in front of the building. I asked Kenny to scratch all numbers for the car we originally were in debates with and to see what we can do about this Jetta. He made it his mission to make sure I was driving off in that car. He did an outstanding job. And now I happily drive my “to and from” car with no regrets thanks to him.”
