“Lovely toy store with a great selection for babies and kids of all ages! The gift wrapping service is a special touch, makes it so easy to find something ready to gift. I was bummed on my most recent visit though when a book I wanted was priced more at the register than the price printed on the back of the book. I asked about it but was told it was the more expensive price despite what was on the item. I would’ve understood if there was a label or sticker on the book with the actual price, but I’ve never experienced this before where the price on the item wasn’t the actual price. I really wanted to purchase the book here instead of a larger mass retailer, but after seeing the price difference we ended up returning it.”

“I love the crazy Aaron’s putty and just recently found out they had a store close to me ! It was a great experience so many options of putty’s in all sizes along with slimes ! I got to make my own mini putty for $5 dollars which was so amazing or you could also make a big putty or slime for $25 . Also in addition to the great store the customer service is exceptional!!”

“What a great store for kids and toddlers. Takes us back to childhood:) Amazing local store, staff is really nice and helpful. I read few reviews that staff didn't help. But there's another way to look at it. Many customers don't want to be bothered while they're still exploring store and products, so many staff let customer be themselves. If you need help all you've to do is ask for help! Price is great but service is awesome. Go local!”

“EDWIN? IS? THE? MAN!!!! GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! We went in looking for a TikTok viral product during holiday week for my teen daughter. She didn't see it and I told her to ask. I asked 1 employee and he said he saw it but thinks it's gone. She asked someone who said they thought it was up front. Neither seemed to be too certain though. Refusing to give up I decided to ask 1 more employee. THANK GOD IT WAS EDWIN! I asked him and he recognized the item right away and said he thought it sold out already. But he offered to check the back and VOILA! HE BROUGHT A NEW BOX!!! ? He was so patient and kind and went the extra mile. He won my heart and am very thankful for his help. 5/5 from me! THANK YOU EDWIN! May you be blessed beyond measure for your kindness and service. ?”

“The Toys R Us inside the King of Prussia Mall brings back pure nostalgia while still feeling fresh and fun. It’s not huge, but they make great use of the space with colorful sections for action figures, board games, dolls, and collectibles. The layout makes it easy to browse without feeling crowded, and everything’s well organized. The staff here are super friendly — they actually seem excited to talk about toys and help with recommendations, which really adds to the experience. It’s especially great for parents shopping with kids since there are a lot of hands‑on displays and photo ops with familiar characters. Prices are pretty reasonable for a mall location, and they often have exclusive deals or seasonal displays tied to popular brands like LEGO, Barbie, and Hot Wheels. Whether you’re picking up a last‑minute gift or just reliving your childhood, this Toys R Us is definitely worth stopping.”

“The store has a good set of employees. They’re lax, but work well together from what I’ve seen and demonstrate teamwork & customer service. Two of them showed another customer true service and lent a sound ear to his concerns. DM should be proud.”

“Visited there yesterday! A very polite girl named Jessica was there alone! Even with there being quite a few people in the store she was still able to help everyone! With a smile on her face! She was very nice and very helpful! I highly recommend the store just because of the excellent customer service I received from this young lady!! If I could give 10 stars I would of!”
