“My two digit iq self 'skidded' onto a divider hump with a pole sticking out from the ground and sheared the transmission cable housing off my 2002 honda and wasn't able to properly shift into gears. I was told that i needed a whole new transmission by one of my fellows and was offered to have my car to get a new one by couple of people. Search on google and saw mainline. I called them up and was greeted kindly, explained what happened, sent my car there and was told that i only needed a new cover housing and gave me the part number to order. Got the part, they took care of it, car drives like how i got it. They couldve easily ripped me off, but they didn't. Thank you mainline.”

I was informed of every little detail about the car and the buying process. They definitely go the extra mile and when I left to drive home 1,200 miles away I felt I had a safe and trustworthy vehicle to get me home. I am very happy with the whole experience and I got lots of love from their two adorable dogs while waiting for all the paperwork.
