Be advised that the ceilings here are starting to crumble, so your stuff will get coated in a dusting of fine powder if you keep over time. But for the rate, location, and service, you’re better off here than a lot of other spots in town.”

From the moment we walked in the door to discuss the long-term storage of our household, that would eventually be shipped abroad, we got a good vibe.
Leonard, who is the person at the desk explained in detail what were the points we needed to know about storage at CS. Later on, when the furniture and boxes arrived, he was available for any questions.
Today I called CS to learn how we were going to proceed with the overseas shipping. Herisha had all the answers.

“I rented a van from this location. I’m moving from Ohio and the move has been very long and very stressful. I rented from Wayne at the Primo’s location. I am legally blind, and Wayne made the process seamless from beginning to end. Even though I can’t see the documents, Wayne helped me to Read them all and sign everything efficiently and quickly. He made sure that I understood everything that all the different documents were saying. I rented a unit and I was putting my items in the unit I had forgotten to purchase a lock. Wayne ran back to the office, added a lock to my account and brought it to me at the unit really saving me a lot of time. I found the customer service to be flawless, efficient and incredibly friendly. The facility is spotless, clean and modern. Everything from beginning to end was perfect and I’m very grateful to Wayne for making my life just that much easier.”
