“I never write reviews but had to!Came to this store to put my grandmother on a new line, with her being older-and non experienced in cell phones I thought why not go to Verizon right down the street from her. As soon as we stepped foot into the store we were greeted so nicely. I usually don’t go to phone stores but New Britain went above and beyond my expectations. We were helped by a girl named Skylar and she was just amazing! Breaking everything down for me and my grandmother, making sure we got everything we needed and just overall was a pleasant experience. I’ve never in my 30 years experienced such amazing customer service! Thank you so much.”

They are the nicest, friendliest and most helpful group of staff members I've ever witnessed in any 7-eleven... And I've been to a lot! They always have conversations with you even if it's just short and sweet, but they never fail to make you feel valued as a customer. And the manager (I believe he is the manager) is such a sweet man who knows how to run a successful business with outstanding employees including himself. Couldn't ask for better customer service. “Well it's 7-Eleven so. They are on a regular braces bringing in more and more food products fried chicken wings buffalo wings fried chicken pizza and I keep improving on what they keep bringing in. And I'll try anything and I really haven't had anything that was terrible there. Usually most of the staff and 7-Eleven are really friendly people imagine that's part of their hiring program hire friendly people. But overall I kind of like 7-Eleven, Wawa has gotten a little bit products or shrinking prices are rising and just feels kind of corporate. But overall 7-Elevens a good convenience store to go visit.”

“When I walked into the place, Jim the owner greeted me. When I told him my situation, he directed me to the TV I already had in mind. I previously researched the TV and saw the ratings on it. This took place over the Black Friday Sales. I instructed Jim that I wanted it delivered and it was done in a timely manner. Mike delivered it and set it up. Mike even gave me suggestions on my Verizon remote and Surge protecter, which I did get new ones. When the Verizon remote arrived, I had a problem with the sound. I called in to Eds TV and Tim came out on his own time and fixed the audio to my satisfaction. I rarely give a review like this, but they went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. This is my 2nd TV from Eds TV. I strongly recommend them, especially if you want to get the best audio.”
