“CJ Miller was the only store in the US I could find the vacuum cleaner I was interested in. I didn't know if they were a reputable business or some fake site that would take my money and run. But I went ahead and bought the vacuum - as soon as I hit enter I changed my mind. It wasn't what I needed. I called the next morning to see if I could cancel. First, I learned they are, indeed, a real store. And second, they could not have been nicer or more understanding. They went ahead and cancelled the order no questions asked. If you need a vacuum, buy it from them. If you're buying online, have no fear - they're a real business with real people. If they're a little more expensive, you're supporting a small business. It's worth it.”
“All About Vacuums has fantastic customer service! I brought my vacuum to them for repair (one of the blowers wasn't blowing, that's the best way I can describe it). They checked it out by taking the whole vacuum apart. They couldn't find anything wrong and even ran it for two hours with no problem. Bob would not let me pay him bc he didn't find anything wrong. I was blown away. Who does that these days?! I would never buy a vacuum, or have one serviced, anywhere other than All About Vacuums. Thank you again Bob!”

“I don't usually go to Home Depot or Lowe's for that matter unless I'm helping out my dad or brother with a project but the other day I went to Home Depot to their gardening center. I was looking for s specific fertilizer that I couldn't find and ended up walking out with a plant, different fertilizer, and a pot. When I couldn't find the fertilizer, I gave up and started looking at more Indoor plants since I wanted to buy new ones. While I was looking one of the workers asked if I needed help I told him actually I do and if he knew anything about fetishized, he grabbed another worker who also was unsure because he wasn't entirely familiar. We then all went looking for a worker from the garden center who had never heard of the fertilizer but when I told him I checked the whole wall he walked over and started looking with me. When he said he never has even heard of it he started trying to look at other similar plants' fertilizer options when he finally recommended a multi purpose organic fertilizer that wouldn't change the ph much and that he himself used and so did many different garden centers. I was really appreciative for the help and recommendation and I bought a small bag per his suggestion. I also bought a potted plant because it was a great deal and I bought a proper pot for my plant at home that drains. Overall I got what I needed (mostly) and had great service. The cashier was also very nice. I was super pleased with my experience.”

“Kyle was accommodating with me (2/21/24) he led me all away around the store to what I needed, he was a fine young man, definitely deserving of a raise; paint department though could use some work was greeted with an unfriendly attitude my wife left the store feeling uneasy after that. “DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT. They use RAS, which I'm almost sure their "big box" competitor does also. I've had more appliances damaged in delivery from RAS, then delivered without issue. Some were three deliveries to get me an appliance without a scratch, ding, dent. PLEASE put the extra money out and go to an independent dealer.
