“I have not visited Best Buy too often but have had good experiences. Recently my HP laptop top died after four years. My operating system was corrupted and I could not boot it. I actually purchased a replacement from Best Buy figuring it might be at end of life. The Geek squad worked on my old Computer and got it running again with some tweaks to have it more stable and protected. In the meantime I still had the new one which I opened and set up. The old was working well so I returned the new one no questions asked full refund. I was very pleased with my entire experience. Would recommend them for trouble shooting and getting help and purchasing new when needed.”

“Plenty of options and shelves are usually full so no problems there. Staff friendly and greets you when come in. Plenty of parking and lot fully cleared after a snow storm so that is helpful. Also good place to get rock salt for any upcoming storms as other places quickly sell out. Recommended for a quick shopping list stop for supplies”
“Store is mostly okay to shop. A few things of note - the store frequently has aisles blocked with random carts full of products; other areas near clothing have so many racks it makes it hard to navigate and, vendors that stock cases of soda could be a bit more careful. I've observed on occasion them slamming the boxes down when stocking and twice I've had damged cans, same with boxed cereals and tisuues. Boxes are crushed at the corners and on top many times. Can you be more mindful that people are paying for this.”

“I commute to work and traverse the expressway freaquently. I dont even bother going into the actual travel center anymore, unless its to use the facilities. The people who work there are great and you would be hard pressed not to find what you are looking for in their well stocked store.”
