“Adam (Assistant Manager) and another employee who originally helped me about my A/C (I wish I knew his name). I came with the the faceplate of my thermostat because it was flashing low battery. Once I removed the faceplate to install new batteries, I didn't have A/C. I couldn't, nor could my next door neighbor and his friend figure what was wrong. It was a bent prong that wasn't connecting properly. A little issue like that that Adam found. I have A/C. I'm actually cold now lol. THANK YOU Ace in Dublin!! Also, extra props to the young man at the counter; very pleasant and kind.”

“I love harbor freight, but whatever vendor they changed to for the sanding belts, suck. The original one's I used to buy were bright red 36 grit. Now they're burgundy 40 grit and on metal, they wear out instantly. Again, I go to harbor freight every other day and I love the tools, but please change back to the original sanding belts those darker colored ones SUCK! I feel dirty going to home depot to buy them (lol), but unfortunately that's what I've been doing”

“Josh is the Man!
I own a rental that has an 80 year old woman living their that has health problems. The AC stopped working, I troubleshot that the 50/5 capacitor was defective. This Woman really needs the air conditioning. I called Josh at Johnstone Supply in Hatfield 4 minutes before closing at 4:56pm. All other HVAC supply stores were already closed at 4:30pm. Most customer service people would just not answer the phone so close to the closing time. Josh answered, I told him what I was dealing with & that I would really appreciate it if I could pay by credit card for the capacitor and pick it up outside the store because it would take another 1/2 hour to get there. I told Josh I would completely take responsibility for the capacitor if it got stolen. Josh not only said he would be glad to help me but would not accept payment for the capacitor considering the circumstances. I picked up the capacitor where Josh said he left it. I installed the capacitor in the rain where the rental is in Quakertown. AC is working Great!
Josh deserves this review. There should be more people in this world like Josh. Thank You Josh & Johnstone Supply in Hatfield!”
