“Josh is the Man!
I own a rental that has an 80 year old woman living their that has health problems. The AC stopped working, I troubleshot that the 50/5 capacitor was defective. This Woman really needs the air conditioning. I called Josh at Johnstone Supply in Hatfield 4 minutes before closing at 4:56pm. All other HVAC supply stores were already closed at 4:30pm. Most customer service people would just not answer the phone so close to the closing time. Josh answered, I told him what I was dealing with & that I would really appreciate it if I could pay by credit card for the capacitor and pick it up outside the store because it would take another 1/2 hour to get there. I told Josh I would completely take responsibility for the capacitor if it got stolen. Josh not only said he would be glad to help me but would not accept payment for the capacitor considering the circumstances. I picked up the capacitor where Josh said he left it. I installed the capacitor in the rain where the rental is in Quakertown. AC is working Great!
Josh deserves this review. There should be more people in this world like Josh. Thank You Josh & Johnstone Supply in Hatfield!”

“Poorly designed layout, it can be very crowded at times and hard to get to certain pumps because of the poor layout. And if there's somebody on the opposite pump, it pumps very slow”

“Today at the Costco Tire shop, I was assisted greatly by Mike. Mike was quite helpful in guiding me to acquire the right tire. I was not aware of the best practrices of selecting a tire for a four wheel drive vehicle. Mike's assistance was very helpful.

“If you're a member of BJ's this place often has the best gas prices around. If you go first thing in the morning or late at night you're usually in and out but weekends are always busy.”

“I had a very enjoyable visit at BJ’s Optical in Montgomeryville, PA! The technician, Jonay, was incredibly thorough and kind! She went out of her way to explain every step of the exam. I even enjoyed the virtual piece of the process. I felt extremely comfortable and confident. And, finally William was very helpful with choosing glasses and sunglasses. Truly, the entire process from check in through ordering glasses, was pleasant. I highly recommend their service.”

“I have been shopping at this location for years and have been content. BJ's is know to carry the same things for a long time so you can rely on them for consistency. This location is usually calm no matter when you go unless it's the holidays. Even then, it's still calm compared to other places. Staff are extremely helpful and always willing to help you find something or check to see if something is in stock in the back. Eric (I think that's his name) at the deli is extremely nice! I don't think I've ever seen him without a smile when visiting this location. He is very patient with every customer and makes sure you are getting exactly what you want and how you want it. They also have a gas station at this location but I can get pretty crowded sometimes. It's still worth the wait. I just wish the location had better produce. The potatoes and the bagged salad always seem to be on the verge of going bad. I think this might be an overall BJ's issue because I've seen the same thing at other locations. Self checkout can be a bit disorganized sometimes depending on who is working that area. The older gentleman at the door also fainted a great trip recently. I had maybe four items in my cart which were very visible. He counted these items several times and on the last count ended up ripping my receipt. He apologized but I thought this was very unnecessary as there was a cart before mine that had over thirty items that he barely glanced over. For those of us in this community who shop here often, we know he takes his job SERIOUSLY so when I saw him briefly scan over the very full cart ahead of me I thought "Wow, new year new him." I was wrong. I collected my newly ripped receipt and left. Besides the receipt incident, I do like this location. The store is organized and usually has my go to staples.”

“I love going to Sam's club shopping and eating the food there but their pizzas, seem to be very greasy and very unhealthy for consumers who have health issues they need to change the recipe for the food and pizzas they prepare there at the store, I used to love getting the pizza and frozen yogurt from there but lately I haven't been able to have the frozen yogurt since they kept saying that the machine was down but they still show that they have frozen yogurt they might have to get the machine fixed but before they do that they need to figure out what went wrong with the machine. I would love it if they could have thin crust pizza and not thick crust and have plantbased pepperoni and plantbased cheese as well. I would give them a five star rating.”

“Had purchased tires at the Langhorne location, and that store was just giving me issues, rescheduling me 6 times, eventually I told them just make an appt for the closest BJ's and I'll bring the tires there, which happened to be Warrington. Get here, of course the Langhorne location doesn't properly communicate the appt to the team here, and another thing the tech brought up was the tires I purchased wasn't even the correct speed rating, somehow overlooked by both website and Langhorne. Decided was best I just cancel the order, and had to call the Membercare number, which told me I had to bring tires back to Langhorne. Tech helped me out by calling Membercare himself, explaining the whole situation to them which helped me get my refund back without having to lug the tires back and forth from one place to another. I may not have gotten any tires out of this, but I'll say the Warrington location will be where I go because these guys have proven themselves competent enough with customer service. Huge props to Josh for telling me about the speed rating and Dan F. for taking time to help deal with Membercare on the phone.”

“Pro's: You can get the best deal on gasoline for your car at Sam's club. Typically twenty cents cheaper than any random fill up spot. Another very recent discovery, if you download the scan and go app you get special deals on some merchandise that is not offered when you check out at the register. To reiterate, you the customer scan all the items in your cart, you pay for it on your app, and you do not have to go through the long check out lines. Con's: Parking lot is a freaking zoo. Always. I haven't read through most of the reviews here on Yelp for Sam's Club, but why are most people giving it a two? Many are complaining about customer service. What kind of freaking service are you looking for? If it goes further then what aisle is xyz product in you should maybe check yourself. You are at a deep discount store not a country club.As always people SYOY!!!”

“I came in and checked out on 5/17/25 around 5pm with Sam and I just wanted to say she was absolutely amazing! Great customer service, very happy and bubbly even with a long line behind me. Explained the plus membership along with all the benefits to me so great to the point I am going home and upgrading. We definitely need more customer service workers like her. Quick easy check out as well. But I just wanted to leave a review because I was very impressed and felt confident on purchasing the plus after speaking to her. 10/10 definitely telling friends about it.”

“Today I was tested for hearing loss. Annalise gave me a thorough test that showed I had some loss but Annalise said it was not sufficient to require hearing aids. She could just as easily said I needed aids and charged me $1600. However, her integrity, as well as Costco's , exceeded what could be corporate greed. I will be tested in the future and, I assume, I will eventually need hearing aids. You can be sure I will go to Costco when that days comes.”

“Often if you see something you like get it,as it may not be available if you wait to long. Not everything, but things we got used to seeing goes away and we don't see it again. Case in point carnation instant breakfast drinks gone. Bagel bites mini hot dogs gone. To name a few.”
