“After three weeks working with a local sales agent, and unable to locate a pilot EX-L, I called Conicelli Wednesday. Our sales agent, Darnell, and I exchanged emails Thursday and Friday. And we drove from 2 hours away to pick the car up Saturday.
We’d have been in and out in 30-40 minutes if it didn’t take me an extra 45-minutes to add the new car to our auto insurance policy on my phone. So 5 stars for Conicelli and 2 for my iPhone skills.and 10 stars for Darnell. Thank you so much!”
