Called Tech2go - Amid was super nice, willing to help and offer a discount on the phone. Got there , got my phone fixed in 15 mins. Could ask for better service! I 100% recommend”

For my first request, I mentioned the item had sentimental value and the technician reached out to me personally to discuss options as the flashlight could not be returned while also giving a replacement. He could have just processed the order, but instead reached out. Very pleased with their service and reliability of the products. I always opt for Streamlight equipment as an LEO.”

“Mike is a truly fabulous person. When I came to the store, I was transferring my phone number to a different phone, however there were complications with the insurance company issuing the phone. He arranged phone calls for me. And when he heard me struggle with the insurance company, he personally took time to talk to them on my behalf. That was not a requirement of his job, that was just a nice thing he did without charging me because he saw how stressed I was. He went above an beyond helping me get my phone working again. I cannot recommend Mike enough.”

“Austin and Shamus at Gerhard’s Ambler location were both fantastic. I walked in not knowing to expect but was greeted by that true family-owned style business atmosphere I was longing for. Austin was patient as I asked many questions, proactively offered to price match competitors, and worked with me on a quick delivery time. Purchased a new grill and dishwasher on Tuesday and had a seamless delivery and install on Thursday. It’s nice to say that I look forward to future dealings with Austin and Gerhard’s. Highly recommend.”

“I came to this location 3 years ago and they were so helpful on helping me upgrade. I made the mistake of going to the store on 17th and Chestnut first and they didn't help me so I came back here and once again they were helpful. Honestly, this is THE BEST T-Mobile store in the city! Tynesha (sorry if i got the spelling wrong) hands down is the best employee ever! Broke down plans and cost for me, was so patient with letting me transfer everything over and gave me the best deal with the best plan. Going forward I will always pick this location. “Though my problem was not solved at that store, at least the very nice technician guided me to go someplace else out in Plymouth Meeting to get my solved. It would be great to be able to go into a cell phone store to get service and not just sales. It would be really convenient if there were people there who could do things that are relatively minor such as cleaning the phone or at least addressing a problem that seemed to only take about five minutes to resolve which is what happened when I had to travel all the way up to Plymouth Meeting just for someone to spend 5 minutes with my phone.”

He even had me considering the new Samsung S10 & thats not even out yet. Needless to say we got a nice device for a good price. Hopefully we don't need a replacement phone anytime soon but we will go back there since the service was so good.”
