“I came into the Verizon store to purchase a USB cord to plug into my car and phone. I have been having trouble connecting the phone to the car and kept losing connection. Dominic was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he direct me in the right direction, he took the time to come out to my car and help me to hook up and get connected. I am technologically challenged.”

“Pedro was fantastic! I walked into Verizon with a Galaxy S22 shaped brick, and he got me set up with a new Pixel 10 Pro XL quickly and painlessly.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process as smooth as possible. He answered all my questions, got everything activated and working, and successfully guided me through the death of my previous phone, all while I was in Philly on vacation!
The Pixel is great, my old Galaxy is free to dramatically limp toward retirement, and I left very happy with the experience. Give Pedro a raise, a trophy, or at minimum a really good snack. 10/10, I would have a phone emergency with Pedro again.”

“The service at this particular location is the best I have every experienced as a Verizon customer. Mimi and Pierre (forgive me if I am misspelling this) were knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic. They were able to upgrade our plan for international travel, upgrade both my partner and I's phones, and quickly and efficiently handled a warranty repair prior to our trip. We felt very valued. I would recommend going out of your way to handle your phone and account at this location.”

“I can’t say enough about Dave at the Verizon store. He went above and beyond trying to set up a new account for my teenager. We had a very rough time trying to switch the number from a previous carrier because the other carrier was horrific to work with. Dave worked with us to get the number to work and transfer and even came in the next day to help us. He was calm the whole time even when my teen was not calm! He has the patience of a saint! Everyone at the store goes above and beyond.”

But the staff here especially Mu, I believe his name was, eased all of my worries and hooked me up with a brand new phone! He was super patient, kind and knowledgeable. “I visited the ridge att store needed help with the phone I just upgraded too and wasn’t what I expected and I exchanged the Samsung for iPhone at the att store and kd and Nelson help me out big time to do the switch and now I’m very happy I’m back to iPhone this att store best in the city they did a amazing job switching me out and getting my data over and going above and beyond to make there customers happy thanks Nelson and kd for amazing job”

“I went to AT&T in Wynnewood, PA to upgrade my iPhone two days ago. Was upgrading from an XR so had not been through the process in a very long time. The gentleman who helped me, Muadth, was awesome. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Upgraded to a 17 and the process could not have been easier thanks to his help. Definitely will be returning to this location for all phone needs”

“Absolute lifesavers!
My iPhone 15 Pro was completely bricked (grayed-out Wi-Fi and stuck on an endless loading screen). Every shop I called in South Philly told me it was a dead motherboard and not worth repairing. They told me to go to this spot in Upper Darby instead.
I dropped it off, and they had it fixed in just one day. It turned out to be a deep iOS software issue, and they only charged me $20! Incredible honesty and amazing service. Don't waste your time anywhere else—go here first!”
