I stopped in at the King of Prussia location and was waited on by a very pleasant, professional and polite man, Frank C. Frank C had an answer for my question and handled it quickly and with patience. In the future I and my son will only deal with the reps at King of Prussia. My understanding is that the King of Prussia store ( in the mall) is corporate- the Trooper store is not. These items were for a specific event the next morning at the school. Upon discovery of the mistake, I was sent to talk to the store. The courteous young man at the customer service counter looked for the bag in multiple places in the store, but it didn't turn up. I showed him our receipt and pointed out the missing merchandise. He directed me to find the missing items, and come back and the store took care of it. Class act, Target! An elementary school class was very appreciative.”

I decided to go the Verizon store in King of Prussia and the Manager Dionne greeted me at the door with a warm and friendly smile, and immediately address my needs. She is an asset to the company . “I don't shop at department store often--somehow it's just not my thing; I don't like its layout. I like shopping at individual stores such as Gap, Old Navy and etc. Yet once in a while, I will go to Macy's to check out their clearance clothings. When it's clearance, you can guarantee to find good deals of their store brands. I also like walking around. The sensation of wandering in a department store is nice and irreplaceable. Too bad that most department stores are dying.”

“My elderly mother had a billing issue and couldn't get through to telephone support so she went to the Verizon store to try to sort it out. The manager on duty was Rashid and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help my mother. He not only straightened out the issue, but helped my mom install the Verizon app so she could try to address any future issues through the app. Thank you Rashid for being so nice, so helpful. I wish I could have been there to help but its nice to know people like you are there to lend a hand to people in need of good old fashioned customer service.”
“Came in for an upgrade, left with 2! Scored a tablet on my business plan with all the promos they had running for a crazy low rate. I visited last week, so names are blurry, but (I believe) the Associate Kelsey and her Manager Noah, were very helpful, kind, and professional! They made me aware of all the extras and add-ons, but didn't push me onto them, which was refreshing. I also had some extras on my plan for International talk-text-data that I didn't need, so Noah dug further into the promos and sat on the phone for an hour to hook me up with a cheaper plan!
